YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
4And it happened when the king heard the word of the man of Elohim, which he had cried out against the altar in Bethel, that Jeroboam stretched out his hand from the altar, saying, “Seize him!” But his hand dried up, which he had stretched out against him, and he could not draw it back to himself.
5 · This verse (above)
6The king answered and said to the man of Elohim, “Entreat, please, the face of YHWH your Elohim, and pray for me, that my hand may return to me.” And the man of Elohim entreated the face of YHWH, and the king’s hand returned to him, and it was as at the first.
