YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
18And they said: “Come, and let us devise against Jeremiah plans, for instruction will not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us strike him with the tongue, and let us not pay attention to any of his words.”
19 · This verse (above)
20Should evil be repaid for good? For they have dug a pit for my soul. Remember how I stood before you to speak good on their behalf, to turn back your fury from them.
