Jeremiah 20:11, word by word

But YHWHיהוָהyhva

YHWH

The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context

10For I have heard the whispering of many: “Terror on every side! Denounce him, and let us denounce him!” All the men of my peace, watching for my stumbling, say, “Perhaps he will let himself be seduced, and we will prevail over him, and we will take our vengeance on him.”

11 · This verse (above)

12But YHWH Tsevaot, who tests the righteous, who sees the kidneys and the heart, let me see your vengeance on them, for to you I have laid open my cause.
