AndוַYHWHיְהוָהspokeיְדַבֵּרto Mosesאֶל מֹשֶׁהand to Aaron,וְאֶל אַהֲרֹןsaying,לֵאמֹר
“Speakדַּבְּרוּto the sonsאֶל בְּנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלand sayוַאֲמַרְתֶּםto them:אֲלֵהֶםWhen any manאִישׁ אִישׁ כִּיhasיִהְיֶהa dischargeזָבfrom his body,מִבְּשָׂרוֹhis dischargeזוֹבוֹis unclean.טָמֵא הוּא
And thisוְזֹאתshall beתִּהְיֶהhis uncleannessטֻמְאָתוֹin his discharge:בְּזוֹבוֹwhether his bodyבְּשָׂרוֹrunsרָרwith his dischargeאֶת זוֹבוֹorאוֹhis bodyבְּשָׂרוֹis blockedהֶחְתִּיםfrom his discharge,מִזּוֹבוֹitהִואis his uncleanness.טֻמְאָתוֹ
Everyכָּלbedהַמִּשְׁכָּבon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבliesיִשְׁכַּבshall be unclean,יִטְמָאand everyוְכָלobjectהַכְּלִיon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוhe sitsיֵשֵׁבshall be unclean.יִטְמָא
And anyoneוְאִישׁwhoאֲשֶׁרtouchesיִגַּעhis bedבְּמִשְׁכָּבוֹshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And whoever sitsוְהַיֹּשֵׁבonעַלthe objectהַכְּלִיon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבsatיֵשֵׁבshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And whoever touchesוְהַנֹּגֵעַthe bodyבִּבְשַׂרof the man with the dischargeהַזָּבshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And ifוְכִיthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבspitsיָרֹקon one who is clean,בַּטָּהוֹרhe shall washוְכִבֶּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And anyוְכָלsaddleהַמֶּרְכָּבon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבridesיִרְכַּבshall be unclean.יִטְמָא
And whoever touchesוְכָל הַנֹּגֵעַanythingבְּכֹלthatאֲשֶׁרwasיִהְיֶהunder himתַחְתָּיוshall be uncleanיִטְמָאuntilעַדthe evening;הָעָרֶבand whoever carriesוְהַנּוֹשֵׂאthose thingsאוֹתָםshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And anyoneוְכֹלwhomאֲשֶׁר בּוֹthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבtouchesיִגַּעwithout having rinsedוְ לֹא שָׁטַףhis handsיָדָיוin waterבַּמָּיִםshall washוְכִבֶּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And a vesselוּכְלִיof clayחֶרֶשׂthatאֲשֶׁרthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבtouchesיִגַּע בּוֹshall be broken,יִשָּׁבֵרand everyוְכָלvesselכְּלִיof woodעֵץshall be rinsedיִשָּׁטֵףin water.בַּמָּיִם
And whenוְכִיthe man with the dischargeהַזָּבbecomes cleanיִטְהַרfrom his discharge,מִזּוֹבוֹhe shall countוְסָפַרfor himselfלוֹsevenשִׁבְעַתdaysיָמִיםfor his cleansing,לְטָהֳרָתוֹand washוְכִבֶּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץhis bodyבְּשָׂרוֹin livingבְּ חַיִּיםwater,מַיִםand he shall be clean.וְטָהֵר
And on the eighth dayוּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִיhe shall takeיִקַּחfor himselfלוֹtwoשְׁתֵּיturtledovesתֹרִיםorאוֹtwoשְׁנֵיyoungבְּנֵיpigeons,יוֹנָהand comeוּבָאbeforeלִפְנֵיYHWHיְהוָהtoאֶלthe entranceפֶּתַחof the tentאֹהֶלof meetingמוֹעֵדand giveוּנְתָנָthemםtoאֶלthe priest.הַכֹּהֵן
And the priestהַכֹּהֵןshall offerוְעָשָׂהthem,אֹתָםoneאֶחָדas a sin offeringחַטָּאתand the otherוְהָאֶחָדas a burnt offering;עֹלָהand the priestוְ הַכֹּהֵןshall make expiationכִפֶּרfor himעָלָיוbeforeלִפְנֵיYHWHיְהוָהfor his discharge.מִזּוֹבוֹ
And if a manוְאִישׁ כִּיhas an emissionתֵצֵא שִׁכְבַתof semen,זָרַעheמִמֶּנּוּshall batheוְרָחַץallאֶת כָּלhis bodyבְּשָׂרוֹin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And everyוְכָלgarmentבֶּגֶדand everyוְכָלskinעוֹרon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוthere isיִהְיֶהan emissionשִׁכְבַתof semenזָרַעshall be washedוְכֻבַּסin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And a womanוְאִשָּׁהwith whomאֲשֶׁר אֹתָהּa manאִישׁliesיִשְׁכַּבwith an emissionשִׁכְבַתof semen:זָרַעthey shall batheוְרָחֲצוּin waterבַמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמְאוּuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And whenוְ כִּיa womanאִשָּׁהhasתִהְיֶהa discharge,זָבָהand her dischargeזֹבָהּin her bodyבִּבְשָׂרָהּisיִהְיֶהblood,דָּםshe shall beתִּהְיֶהin her menstruationבְנִדָּתָהּsevenשִׁבְעַתdays,יָמִיםand anyoneוְכָלwho touchesהַנֹּגֵעַherבָּהּshall be uncleanיִטְמָאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And everythingוְכֹלon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוshe liesתִּשְׁכַּבduring her menstruationבְּנִדָּתָהּshall be unclean,יִטְמָאand everythingוְכֹלon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוshe sitsתֵּשֵׁבshall be unclean.יִטְמָא
And anyoneוְכָלwho touchesהַנֹּגֵעַher bedבְּמִשְׁכָּבָהּshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And anyoneוְכָלwho touchesהַנֹּגֵעַanyבְּכָלobjectכְּלִיon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוshe sitsתֵּשֵׁבshall washיְכַבֵּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And whetherוְאִםitהוּאis onעַלthe bedהַמִּשְׁכָּבorאוֹonעַלthe objectהַכְּלִיon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוsheהִואis sitting,יֹשֶׁבֶתwhen he touchesבְּנָגְעוֹit,בוֹhe shall be uncleanיִטְמָאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And ifוְאִםa manאִישׁdoes lieשָׁכֹבwith herיִשְׁכַּב אֹתָהּand her menstruationוּ נִדָּתָהּcomesתְהִיon him,עָלָיוhe shall be uncleanוְטָמֵאsevenשִׁבְעַתdays,יָמִיםand everyוְכָלbedהַמִּשְׁכָּבon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוhe liesיִשְׁכַּבshall be unclean.יִטְמָא
And whenוְ כִּיa womanאִשָּׁהhas a dischargeיָזוּבof her bloodזוֹב דָּמָהּfor manyרַבִּיםdaysיָמִיםnot atבְּלֹאthe timeעֶתof her menstruation,נִדָּתָהּorאוֹwhenכִיshe has a dischargeתָזוּבbeyondעַלher menstruation,נִדָּתָהּallכָּלthe daysיְמֵיof the dischargeזוֹבof her uncleannessטֻמְאָתָהּsheהִואshall beתִּהְיֶהasכִּin the daysימֵיof her menstruation:נִדָּתָהּshe is unclean.טְמֵאָה
Everyכָּלbedהַמִּשְׁכָּבon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוshe liesתִּשְׁכַּבallכָּלthe daysיְמֵיof her dischargeזוֹבָהּshall beיִהְיֶהto herלָּהּlike the bedכְּמִשְׁכַּבof her menstruation;נִדָּתָהּand everyוְכָלobjectהַכְּלִיon whichאֲשֶׁר עָלָיוshe sitsתֵּשֵׁבshall beיִהְיֶהunclean,טָמֵאlike the uncleannessכְּטֻמְאַתof her menstruation.נִדָּתָהּ
And anyoneוְכָלwho touchesהַנּוֹגֵעַthemבָּםshall be unclean,יִטְמָאand he shall washוְכִבֶּסhis garmentsבְּגָדָיוand batheוְרָחַץin waterבַּמַּיִםand be uncleanוְטָמֵאuntilעַדthe evening.הָעָרֶב
And ifוְאִםshe becomes cleanטָהֲרָהfrom her discharge,מִזּוֹבָהּshe shall countוְסָפְרָהfor herselfלָּהּsevenשִׁבְעַתdays,יָמִיםand after thatוְאַחַרshe shall be clean.תִּטְהָר
And on the eighth dayוּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִיshe shall takeתִּקַּחfor herselfלָהּtwoשְׁתֵּיturtledovesתֹרִיםorאוֹtwoשְׁנֵיyoungבְּנֵיpigeonsיוֹנָהand bringוְהֵבִיאָהthemאוֹתָםtoאֶלthe priest,הַכֹּהֵןtoאֶלthe entranceפֶּתַחof the tentאֹהֶלof meeting.מוֹעֵד
And the priestהַכֹּהֵןshall offerוְעָשָׂהthe oneאֶת הָאֶחָדas a sin offeringחַטָּאתand the otherוְאֶת הָאֶחָדas a burnt offering;עֹלָהand the priestוְ הַכֹּהֵןshall make expiationכִפֶּרfor herעָלֶיהָbeforeלִפְנֵיYHWHיְהוָהfor the dischargeמִזּוֹבof her uncleanness.טֻמְאָתָהּ
So you shall keepוְהִזַּרְתֶּםthe sonsאֶת בְּנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלseparate from their uncleanness,מִטֻּמְאָתָםso that they do notוְלֹאdieיָמֻתוּin their uncleannessבְּטֻמְאָתָםby making uncleanבְּטַמְּאָmy dwellingאֶת מִשְׁכָּנִיthat isאֲשֶׁרamong them.בְּתוֹכָם
This isזֹאתthe instructionתּוֹרַתfor the man with the dischargeהַזָּבand for the oneוַאֲשֶׁרfrom whomמִמֶּנּוּan emissionשִׁכְבַתof semenזֶרַעgoes outתֵּצֵאso that he becomes uncleanלְטָמְאָהby it,בָהּ
and for the woman who is illוְהַדָּוָהwith her menstruation,בְּנִדָּתָהּand for the one who hasוְהַזָּבhis discharge,אֶת זוֹבוֹwhether maleלַזָּכָרor female,וְלַנְּקֵבָהand for a manוּלְאִישׁwhoאֲשֶׁרliesיִשְׁכַּבwithעִםan unclean woman.טְמֵאָה
