Psalms 65:9–13
David sings to God, who waters the earth and crowns the year with his goodness
Study it word by word9You have visited the land and watered it; greatly you enrich it. The stream of Elohim is full of water; you prepare their grain, for so you prepare it.
10Its furrows you drench, you level its clods; with downpours you soften it; its sprouts you bless.
11You have crowned the year of your goodness, and your tracks drip richness.
12The pastures of the wilderness drip, and with jubilation the hills gird themselves.
13The meadows have put on flocks, and the valleys are covered with grain; they shout aloud, and also they sing.
In its context
7who stills the roar of the seas, the roar of their waves, and the commotion of the peoples.
8And the inhabitants of the ends of the earth fear because of your signs; the goings out of the morning and of the evening you make shout for joy.
