Romans 2:5–8

The same just judgment gives eternal life to those who persevere in doing good

5But by your hardness and your heart without change of mind you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and of revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

6who will repay each one according to his works:

7to those who by perseverance in good work seek glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life;

8but to those who are of rivalry and disobey the truth but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.

In its context

3And do you suppose this, O human being, you who judge those who practice such things and do them, that you will escape the judgment of God?

4Or do you despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to a change of mind?

…

9There will be affliction and distress upon every soul of a human being who does evil, of both the Jew first and the Greek;

10but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to both the Jew first and the Greek.
