Naboth
Naboth: a name that, according to the lexicon, means "fruits." He is the man of Jezreel who would not give Ahab the inheritance of his fathers and was put to death by Jezebel's order (1 Kings 21).

Ahab: a name meaning "father's brother." It is the king of Israel, son of Omri, who married Jezebel and served Baal (1 Kings 16:29–22:40); a false prophet in Babylon also bears the name (Jeremiah 29:21).

YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

Translation note
The law did not allow land received as an inheritance to be sold forever: it was to remain in the family (Leviticus 25:23; Numbers 36:7). That is why Naboth refuses.
The context
2Ahab spoke to Naboth, saying, “Give me your vineyard, so that it may be mine for a garden of vegetables, for it is near, beside my house; and I will give you in its place a vineyard better than it; or, if it is good in your eyes, I will give you silver, the price of it.”
3 · This verse (above)
4Ahab went into his house resentful and angry because of the word that Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him, when he said, “I will not give you the inheritance of my fathers.” He lay down on his bed, turned away his face, and did not eat bread.
