YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
8And the sons of Israel said to Samuel, “Do not keep silent from us by ceasing to cry out to YHWH our Elohim, that he may save us from the hand of the Philistines.”
9 · This verse (above)
10And it happened, as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, that the Philistines drew near for war against Israel; and YHWH thundered with a great voice on that day against the Philistines and threw them into confusion, and they were struck down before Israel.
