With the Hebrew beneath
Isaiah 43:10, word by word
- are my witnessesעֵדַeda
witness
Someone who vouches for what he saw; YHWH is one too.
Where else “eda” appears- declaresנְאֻםneum
declaration
Solemn words God himself speaks: "oracle of YHWH".
Where else “neum” appears- YHWHיְהוָהyehva
YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

Where else “fana” appears- godאֵלel
El, God, god
"El", an ancient Hebrew word for "God". Alone or with another title it is a name of the God of Israel: El Elyon (God Most High), El Shaddai (God Almighty). Neighboring peoples used the same word for their gods; then this translation writes "god" in lower case. It also means "mighty".
Where else “el” appears- was formedנוֹצַרnotsar
mold
To mold, as God molded man from dust.
Where else “notsar” appears- be oneיִהְיֶהyihye
exist
To exist: "let there be light".
Where else “yihye” appears
Translation note
“And believe… that I am”: Jesus uses similar words in John 8:24, 28 and 13:19.
The context
9Let all the nations gather together, and let the peoples assemble. Who among them can declare this, and make us hear the former things? Let them give their witnesses and be declared righteous; and let them hear and say, “It is truth.”
