YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
4Of deaths from diseases they will die; they will not be mourned or buried; as dung on the face of the ground they will be; and by the sword and by famine they will be finished off; and their corpses will be food for the birds of the heavens and for the animals of the earth.
5 · This verse (above)
6And great and small will die in this land; they will not be buried, nor will people mourn for them, nor will anyone make incisions, nor shave himself bald for them.
