YHWH

The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context

28Is this man Coniah a despised, shattered vessel, or an object in which there is no delight? Why have they been hurled out, he and his offspring, and cast into the land that they have not known?

29 · This verse (above)

30Thus says YHWH: “Write this man down as childless, a man who will not prosper in his days; for no man of his offspring will prosper sitting on the throne of David and ruling again in Judah.”
