YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

Translation note
“Rising early and speaking,” “rising early and sending”: an expression typical of Jeremiah for saying that YHWH spoke to them without rest (7:25; 11:7; 25:3-4; 26:5; 29:19; 35:14-15; 44:4).
The context
12For go now to my place that was in Shiloh, where I made my name dwell at the first, and see what I did to it because of the evil of my people Israel.
13 · This verse (above)
14I will do to the house over which my name is called, in which you trust, and to the place that I gave to you and to your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.
