YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
13Get up, sanctify the people and say, ‘Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, for thus says YHWH, the Elohim of Israel: “A thing devoted to destruction is in your midst, Israel; you cannot stand before your enemies until you remove the things devoted to destruction from among you.”
14 · This verse (above)
15And it shall be that the one who is taken with the things devoted to destruction shall be burned with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of YHWH and because he has done a disgraceful thing in Israel.’”
