In its context

…
13And now, our Elohim, we give thanks to you and praise the name of your beauty.
14For who am I, and who are my people, that we should have strength to offer willingly like this? For from you comes everything, and from your hand we have given to you.
Its words in the original
- יְהוָהyehva· YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.
