1 Peter 4:10–11
Peter: use your gift to serve others, as good stewards of God's grace
Study it word by word10Each one, as he has received a gift, serving one another with it as good stewards of the varied grace of God.
11If anyone speaks, let him speak as speaking the words of God; if anyone serves, let him serve as from the strength that God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus the Messiah, to whom belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.
In its context
8Above all, have earnest love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.
9Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
…
12Beloved, do not be surprised at the fire among you, which comes upon you for a trial, as though something strange were happening to you,
13but insofar as you share in the sufferings of the Messiah, rejoice, so that also at the revelation of his glory you may rejoice with great gladness.
