2 Chronicles 19:10

“In every dispute that comes to you from your brothers who live in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and rules, you shall warn them, so that they do not incur guilt before YHWH and wrath come on you and on your brothers. Thus you shall do, and you will not incur guilt.”

The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.
