YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
7For any man of the house of Israel, or of the resident aliens who reside in Israel, who separates himself from following me and takes up his idols into his heart and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face and comes to the prophet to consult me for himself, I, YHWH, will answer him myself.
8 · This verse (above)
9And the prophet, if he is enticed and speaks a word, I, YHWH, have enticed that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him and destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
