YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
8As I live, declares Adonai YHWH, surely, because my sheep have become booty and my sheep have become food for every animal of the field for lack of a shepherd, and my shepherds have not sought my sheep, but the shepherds have fed themselves, and my sheep they have not fed,
9 · This verse (above)
10Thus says Adonai YHWH: Look, I am against the shepherds, and I will require my sheep from their hand, and I will make them cease from feeding the flock, and the shepherds will no longer feed themselves; and I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, and they will not be food for them.
