John 18:13-24
13And they led him first to Annas; for he was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, who was high priest that year. 14Now it was Caiaphas who had advised the Jews that it was better for one man to die for the people. 15Simon Peter was following Jesus, and so was another disciple. That disciple was known to the high priest, and he entered with Jesus into the courtyard of the high priest, 16but Peter was standing at the door outside. So the other disciple, who was known to the high priest, went out and spoke to the doorkeeper and brought Peter in. 17So the servant girl who kept the door says to Peter, “Surely you too are not one of the disciples of this man?” He says, “I am not.” 18Now the slaves and the officers were standing there, having made a charcoal fire, because it was cold, and they were warming themselves; and Peter too was with them, standing and warming himself. 19So the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and about his teaching. 20Jesus answered him, “I have spoken openly to the world; I always taught in a synagogue and in the temple, where all the Jews come together, and I have said nothing in secret. 21Why do you ask me? Ask those who have heard what I said to them; look, these know what I said.” 22When he had said these things, one of the officers standing by gave Jesus a slap, saying, “Is that how you answer the high priest?” 23Jesus answered him, “If I have spoken wrongly, testify about the wrong; but if rightly, why do you strike me?” 24So Annas sent him, bound, to Caiaphas the high priest.
57Those who had seized Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders had gathered. 58And Peter was following him from a distance as far as the courtyard of the high priest, and going inside, he sat with the attendants to see the outcome. 59Now the high priests and the whole council were seeking false testimony against Jesus so that they might put him to death, 60and they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. But later two came forward 61and said, “This man said, ‘I am able to destroy the sanctuary of God and in three days to build it.’” 62And the high priest stood up and said to him, “Do you answer nothing? What are these men testifying against you?” 63But Jesus was silent. And the high priest said to him, “I put you under oath by the living God that you tell us whether you are the Messiah, the Son of God.” 64Jesus says to him, “You have said it. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.” 65Then the high priest tore his garments, saying, “He has blasphemed! What further need do we have of witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. 66What do you think?” And they answered, “He is deserving of death.” 67Then they spat in his face and struck him with their fists, and some slapped him, 68saying, “Prophesy to us, Messiah! Who is it that struck you?”
53And they led Jesus away to the high priest; and all the high priests and the elders and the scribes come together. 54And Peter followed him from a distance, right into the courtyard of the high priest; and he was sitting with the attendants and warming himself at the fire. 55And the high priests and the whole council were seeking testimony against Jesus to put him to death, and they were not finding any. 56For many were bearing false witness against him, and the testimonies were not consistent. 57And some stood up and were bearing false witness against him, saying, 58“We heard him saying, ‘I will destroy this sanctuary made with hands, and in three days I will build another, not made with hands.’” 59And not even so was their testimony consistent. 60And the high priest stood up in the middle and questioned Jesus, saying, “Do you not answer anything? What is it that these men are testifying against you?” 61But he was silent and did not answer anything. Again the high priest was questioning him and says to him, “Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?” 62And Jesus said, “I am; and you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.” 63And the high priest, tearing his garments, says, “What further need do we have of witnesses? 64You heard the blasphemy; what does it seem to you?” And they all condemned him as deserving death. 65And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face and to strike him and to say to him, “Prophesy!” And the attendants received him with blows.
63And the men who were holding him were mocking him, beating him; 64and blindfolding him, they kept asking him, saying, “Prophesy! Who is the one who struck you?” 65And they were saying many other things against him, blaspheming. 66And when day came, the council of elders of the people was gathered together, both high priests and scribes, and they led him away to their council, 67saying, “If you are the Messiah, tell us.” But he said to them, “If I tell you, you will certainly not believe; 68and if I ask you, you will certainly not answer. 69But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.” 70And they all said, “Are you, then, the Son of God?” And he said to them, “You say that I am.” 71And they said, “What further need do we have of testimony? For we ourselves have heard it from his own mouth.”

John 18:15-18
69Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard, and a servant girl came up to him, saying, “You also were with Jesus the Galilean.” 70But he denied it before all, saying, “I do not know what you are saying.” 71And when he went out to the gateway, another girl saw him and says to those there, “This man was with Jesus the Nazarene.” 72And again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man.” 73And after a little while those who were standing there came up and said to Peter, “Truly you also are one of them, for even your way of speaking gives you away.” 74Then he began to call down curses and to swear: “I do not know the man.” And at once a rooster crowed. 75And Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.
66And while Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest comes, 67and seeing Peter warming himself, she looked at him and says, “You also were with the Nazarene, Jesus.” 68But he denied it, saying, “I neither know nor understand what you are saying.” And he went outside into the forecourt; and a rooster crowed. 69And the servant girl, seeing him, began again to say to those standing by, “This man is one of them.” 70But he again was denying it. And after a little while again those standing by were saying to Peter, “Truly you are one of them, for you are also a Galilean, and your speech is like theirs.” 71But he began to call down curses and to swear, “I do not know this man you are talking about.” 72And at once a second time a rooster crowed. And Peter remembered the word, how Jesus had said to him, “Before a rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.” And breaking down, he was weeping.
54And seizing him, they led him away and brought him into the house of the high priest; and Peter was following at a distance. 55And when they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter was sitting among them. 56And a certain servant girl, seeing him sitting facing the light and looking intently at him, said, “This man also was with him.” 57But he denied it, saying, “I do not know him, woman.” 58And after a little while another saw him and said, “You also are one of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not.” 59And after about one hour had passed, a certain other man kept insisting, saying, “In truth this man also was with him, for he is also a Galilean.” 60But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are saying.” And immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed. 61And the Lord turned and looked at Peter; and Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said to him, “Before the rooster crows today, you will deny me three times.” 62And he went outside and wept bitterly.
25Now Simon Peter was standing and warming himself. So they said to him, “Surely you too are not one of his disciples?” He denied it and said, “I am not.” 26One of the slaves of the high priest, a relative of the one whose ear Peter had cut off, says, “Did I not see you in the garden with him?” 27So Peter denied it again, and at once a rooster crowed.
