Deuteronomy 30:11–14
Moses says the word is not far off: it is in your mouth and your heart
Study it word by word11For this commandment that I am commanding you today is not too hard for you, nor is it far away.
12It is not in the heavens, that you should say, “Who will go up for us to the heavens and get it for us and make us hear it, so that we may do it?”
13Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, “Who will cross over for us to the other side of the sea and get it for us and make us hear it, so that we may do it?”
14For the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may do it.
In its context
9And YHWH your Elohim will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your livestock and in the fruit of your ground, for good; for YHWH will again rejoice over you for good, as he rejoiced over your fathers,
10if you listen to the voice of YHWH your Elohim, to keep his commandments and his statutes that are written in this book of the instruction, if you return to YHWH your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.
…
15See, I have set before you today life and good, and death and evil,
16in that I am commanding you today to love YHWH your Elohim, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his rules, so that you will live and multiply, and YHWH your Elohim will bless you in the land that you are entering there to possess it.
