YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

The context
8Therefore wait for me, declares YHWH, for the day when I rise up for the plunder; for my decision is to gather nations, to assemble kingdoms, to pour out on them my indignation, all the burning of my anger; for by the fire of my jealousy all the earth will be devoured.
9 · This verse (above)
10From beyond the rivers of Cush my suppliants, the daughter of my dispersed ones, will bring my offering.
