Aboutὑπὲρthisτούτουthree timesτρὶςI beggedπαρεκάλεσαthe Lordτὸν κύριονthatἵναit might departἀποστῇfromἀπ’me.ἐμοῦ
Andκαὶhe has saidεἴρηκένto me,μοι“My graceἡ χάρις μουis enoughἈρκεῖfor you,σοιforγὰρpowerἡ δύναμιςis made completeτελεῖταιinἐνweakness.”ἀσθενείᾳSoοὖνmost gladlyἥδισταI will boastκαυχήσομαιall the moreμᾶλλονinἐνmy weaknesses,ταῖς ἀσθενείαις μουso thatἵναthe powerἡ δύναμιςof the Messiahτοῦ Χριστοῦmay dwellἐπισκηνώσῃuponἐπ’me.ἐμὲ
ThereforeδιὸI take pleasureεὐδοκῶinἐνweaknesses,ἀσθενείαιςinἐνinsults,ὕβρεσινinἐνhardships,ἀνάγκαιςinἐνpersecutionsδιωγμοῖςandκαὶdistresses,στενοχωρίαιςfor the sake ofὑπὲρthe Messiah;ΧριστοῦforγὰρwhenὅτανI am weak,ἀσθενῶthenτότεI amεἰμιstrong.δυνατός

Forγάρwhatτίis thereἐστινin whichὃyou were treated as inferiorἡσσώθητεtoὑπὲρthe restτὰς λοιπὰςof the assemblies,ἐκκλησίαςexceptεἰ μὴthatὅτιIἐγὼmyselfαὐτὸςdid notοὐburdenκατενάρκησαyou?ὑμῶνForgiveχαρίσασθέmeμοιthisταύτηνunrighteousness!τὴν ἀδικίαν
Look,Ἰδοὺthisτοῦτοthird timeτρίτονI amἔχωreadyἑτοίμωςto comeἐλθεῖνtoπρὸςyou,ὑμᾶςandκαὶI will notοὐbe a burden;καταναρκήσωforγὰρI do notοὐseekζητῶwhat is yoursτὰ ὑμῶνbutἀλλὰyou.ὑμᾶςForγὰρchildrenτὰ τέκναought notοὐ ὀφείλειto save upθησαυρίζεινfor their parents,τοῖς γονεῦσινbutἀλλὰparentsοἱ γονεῖςfor their children.τοῖς τέκνοις
AndδὲIἐγὼwill most gladlyἥδισταspendδαπανήσωandκαὶbe spentἐκδαπανηθήσομαιforὑπὲρyour souls.τῶν ψυχῶν ὑμῶνIfεἰI loveἀγαπῶνyouὑμᾶςmore,περισσοτέρωςam I to be lovedἀγαπῶμαιless?ἧσσον
