YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

2 Kings 12:1-16
1In year seven of Jehu Joash began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem; and the name of his mother was Zibiah of Beersheba. 2Joash did what was right in the eyes of YHWH all his days, in which Jehoiada the priest instructed him. 3Only the high places did not go away; the people were still sacrificing and burning incense on the high places. 4Joash said to the priests, “All the silver of the holy things that is brought into the house of YHWH, the silver of the one who passes the census, the silver of the persons according to the valuation of each one, all the silver that it comes up in anyone’s heart to bring into the house of YHWH, 5let the priests take it for themselves, each from his acquaintance, and let them repair the breaches of the house, wherever a breach is found.” 6And it happened in year twenty three years of King Joash that the priests had not repaired the breaches of the house. 7King Joash called Jehoiada the priest and the priests and said to them, “Why are you not repairing the breaches of the house? Now do not take silver from your acquaintances, but for the breaches of the house you are to give it.” 8The priests agreed not to take silver from the people and not to repair the breaches of the house. 9Jehoiada the priest took a chest and bored a hole in its lid and put it beside the altar, on the right as one enters the house of YHWH; and the priests who guarded the threshold would put there all the silver that was brought into the house of YHWH. 10And it happened, whenever they saw that there was much silver in the chest, that the king’s scribe and the high priest went up and tied it up and counted the silver that was found in the house of YHWH. 11They would give the silver that had been weighed out into the hands of those doing the work, who were appointed over the house of YHWH; and they paid it out to the craftsmen in wood and to the builders who were working on the house of YHWH, 12and to the masons and to the stonecutters, and to buy timber and quarried stones to repair the breaches of the house of YHWH, and for all that was spent on the house to repair it. 13But there were not made for the house of YHWH basins of silver, tongs, bowls, trumpets, any vessels of gold or vessels of silver, from the silver that was brought into the house of YHWH; 14for to those doing the work they would give it, and they repaired with it the house of YHWH. 15They did not ask an accounting from the men into whose hand they gave the silver to give to those doing the work, for they were acting with faithfulness. 16The silver of the guilt offerings and the silver of the sin offerings was not brought into the house of YHWH; it belonged to the priests.
1Joash was seven years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Zibiah of Beersheba. 2Joash did what was right in the eyes of YHWH all the days of Jehoiada the priest. 3Jehoiada took for him two wives, and he fathered sons and daughters. 4And it happened after this that it was in the heart of Joash to renew the house of YHWH. 5He gathered the priests and the Levites and said to them, “Go out to the cities of Judah and gather from all Israel silver to repair the house of your Elohim year by year; and you, hurry in the matter.” But the Levites did not hurry. 6The king called Jehoiada the head and said to him, “Why have you not required of the Levites to bring from Judah and from Jerusalem the levy of Moses, the servant of YHWH, and of the assembly of Israel, for the tent of the testimony?” 7For Athaliah, the wicked woman, and her sons had made a breach in the house of Elohim, and also all the holy things of the house of YHWH they had used for the Baals. 8The king gave the order, and they made a chest and put it at the gate of the house of YHWH, outside. 9They made a proclamation in Judah and in Jerusalem to bring to YHWH the levy that Moses, the servant of Elohim, had laid on Israel in the wilderness. 10All the officials and all the people rejoiced, and they brought it and threw it into the chest until they had finished. 11And it happened, whenever the chest was brought to the king’s officers by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there was much silver, the king’s scribe and the appointed officer of the head priest would come and empty the chest, and take it and return it to its place. So they did day by day, and they gathered silver in abundance. 12The king and Jehoiada gave it to those doing the work of the service of the house of YHWH; and they were hiring stonecutters and craftsmen to renew the house of YHWH, and also craftsmen in iron and bronze to repair the house of YHWH. 13Those doing the work worked, and the restoration of the work advanced in their hand; they set up the house of Elohim according to its measure and strengthened it. 14When they had finished, they brought before the king and Jehoiada the rest of the silver, and they made it into vessels for the house of YHWH, vessels for ministering and for offering, and spoons and vessels of gold and silver. And they were offering burnt offerings in the house of YHWH continually all the days of Jehoiada.
