Moses, the man God called to bring Israel out of Egypt and through whom he gave the Law. His name sounds like "draw out" (Exodus 2:10).

To do what is commanded.
Where else “asu” appears- YHWHיְהוָהyehva
YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.
Where else “yehva” appears- had commandedצִוָּהtsiva
command
To give an order: "as YHWH had commanded".
Where else “tsiva” appears- blessedיְבָרֶךְyevarech

Where else “yevarech” appears
Translation note
The words “saw,” “work,” “finished,” and “blessed” in 39:32, 43 are the same as those of the end of creation (Genesis 1:31–2:3).
The context
42According to all that YHWH had commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel did all the labor.
