Go to Genesis 22:2

Hebrews rereads Genesis 22: Abraham offered Isaac, considering that God was able to raise him from the dead, and he received him back “as a symbol” (en parabolēi).

The biblical author himself makes the connection, in these words:

καὶ ἐν παραβολῇ ἐκομίσατο “he also received him back, as a symbol” (Hebrews 11:19)
