YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

Translation note
“Completely devoted” translates the same Hebrew word (cherem) that in the next verse and in other books is translated “devoted to destruction”: what is handed over to God without the possibility of getting it back. A field like this passed to the priests (27:21).
The context
27And if it is among the unclean beasts, he shall ransom it according to its valuation and add a fifth of it to it; and if it is not redeemed, it shall be sold according to its valuation.
28 · This verse (above)
29No one devoted to destruction who is devoted to destruction from among human beings shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
