Andδέhe sawεἶδενa certainτιναpoorπενιχρὰνwidowχήρανputting inβάλλουσανthereἐκεῖtwoδύοlepta.λεπτὰ
Andκαὶhe said,εἶπεν“I tellλέγωyouὑμῖνtrulyἈληθῶςthatὅτιthisαὕτηpoorἡ πτωχὴwidowἡ χήραput inἔβαλενmoreπλεῖονthan all of them;πάντων
forγὰρallπάντεςtheseοὗτοιput inἔβαλονasεἰςgiftsτὰ δῶραout ofἐκwhatτοῦwas left overπερισσεύοντοςto them,αὐτοῖςbutδὲshe,αὕτηout ofἐκherαὐτῆςpoverty,τοῦ ὑστερήματοςput inἔβαλενallπάνταthe livingτὸν βίονthatὃνshe had.”εἶχεν
AndΚαίas someτινωνwere speakingλεγόντωνaboutπερὶthe temple,τοῦ ἱεροῦthatὅτιit was adornedκεκόσμηταιwith beautifulκαλοῖςstonesλίθοιςandκαὶvotive offerings,ἀναθήμασινhe said,εἶπεν
“These thingsΤαῦταthatἃyou are looking at,θεωρεῖτεthe daysἡμέραιwill comeἐλεύσονταιinἐνwhichαἷςthere will notοὐκbe leftἀφεθήσεταιa stoneλίθοςuponἐπὶa stoneλίθῳthatὃςwill notοὐbe torn down.”καταλυθήσεται
Andδὲthey askedἘπηρώτησανhim,αὐτὸνsaying,λέγοντες“Teacher,Διδάσκαλεwhen,πότεthen,οὖνwill these thingsταῦταbe,ἔσταιandκαὶwhatτίwill be the signτὸ σημεῖονwhenὅτανthese thingsταῦταare aboutμέλλῃto happen?”γίνεσθαι
Andδὲheὁsaid,εἶπεν“See thatΒλέπετεyou are notμὴled astray;πλανηθῆτεforγὰρmanyπολλοὶwill comeἐλεύσονταιinἐπὶmyμουname,τῷ ὀνόματίsaying,λέγοντες‘IἘγώam he,’εἰμιandκαί‘The timeὉ καιρὸςhas come near.’ἤγγικενDo notμὴgoπορευθῆτεafterὀπίσωthem.αὐτῶν
Andδὲwhenὅτανyou hear ofἀκούσητεwarsπολέμουςandκαὶuprisings,ἀκαταστασίαςdo notμὴbe terrified;πτοηθῆτεforγὰρthese thingsταῦταmustδεῖhappenγενέσθαιfirst,πρῶτονbutἀλλ’the endτὸ τέλοςwill notοὐκcome at once.”εὐθέως
Thenτότεhe was sayingἔλεγενto them,αὐτοῖς“Nationἔθνοςwill riseἘγερθήσεταιagainstἐπ’nation,ἔθνοςandκαὶkingdomβασιλείαagainstἐπὶkingdom.βασιλείαν
There will beἔσονταιgreatμεγάλοιearthquakes,σεισμοίandκαὶin variousκατὰplacesτόπουςfaminesλιμοὶandκαὶplagues;λοιμοὶandκαὶthere will beἔσταιterrorsφόβητράandτεgreatμεγάλαsignsσημεῖαfromἀπ’heaven.οὐρανοῦ
ButδὲbeforeΠρὸallπάντωνthese thingsτούτωνthey will layἐπιβαλοῦσινtheirαὐτῶνhandsτὰς χεῖραςonἐφ’youὑμᾶςandκαὶpersecute you,διώξουσινhanding you overπαραδιδόντεςtoεἰςthe synagoguesτὰς συναγωγὰςandκαὶprisons,φυλακάςyou being led awayἀπαγομένουςbeforeἐπὶkingsβασιλεῖςandκαὶgovernorsἡγεμόναςfor the sake ofἕνεκενmyμουname.τοῦ ὀνόματός
It will turn outἀποβήσεταιfor youὑμῖνasεἰςan opportunity for testimony.μαρτύριον
Soοὖνsettle itθέτεinἐνyourὑμῶνheartsταῖς καρδίαιςnotμὴto prepare beforehandπρομελετᾶνhow to defend yourselves;ἀπολογηθῆναι
forγὰρIἐγὼwill giveδώσωyouὑμῖνa mouthστόμαandκαὶwisdomσοφίανthatᾗallἅπαντεςthose who opposeοἱ ἀντικείμενοιyouὑμῖνwill notοὐbe ableδυνήσονταιto resistἀντιστῆναιorἢcontradict.ἀντειπεῖν
Andδὲyou will be handed overπαραδοθήσεσθεevenκαὶbyὑπὸparentsγονέωνandκαὶbrothersἀδελφῶνandκαὶrelativesσυγγενῶνandκαὶfriends,φίλωνandκαὶthey will put to deathθανατώσουσινsome ofἐξyou,ὑμῶν
andκαὶyou will beἔσεσθεhatedμισούμενοιbyὑπὸallπάντωνbecause ofδιὰ τὸmyμουname.ὄνομά
Andκαὶa hairθρὶξofἐκyourὑμῶνheadτῆς κεφαλῆςwill certainly notοὐ μὴperish.ἀπόληται
Byἐνyourὑμῶνenduranceτῇ ὑπομονῇgainκτήσασθεyourὑμῶνlives.τὰς ψυχὰς
ButδὲwhenὍτανyou seeἴδητεJerusalemἸερουσαλήμbeing surroundedκυκλουμένηνbyὑπὸarmies,στρατοπέδωνthenτότεknowγνῶτεthatὅτιitsαὐτῆςdesolationἡ ἐρήμωσιςhas come near.ἤγγικεν
ThenτότεthoseοἱinἐνJudeaτῇ Ἰουδαίᾳmust fleeφευγέτωσανtoεἰςthe mountains,τὰ ὄρηandκαὶthoseοἱin the middleἐν μέσῳof itαὐτῆςmust get out,ἐκχωρείτωσανandκαὶthoseοἱinἐνthe fieldsταῖς χώραιςmust notμὴenterεἰσερχέσθωσανintoεἰςit;αὐτήν
forὅτιtheseαὗταίareεἰσινdaysἡμέραιof vengeance,ἐκδικήσεωςso thatτοῦall thingsπάντα τὰwrittenγεγραμμέναmay be fulfilled.πλησθῆναι
Woeοὐαὶto those whoταῖςare pregnantἐν γαστρὶ ἐχούσαιςandκαὶto those whoταῖςare nursingθηλαζούσαιςinἐνthoseἐκείναιςdays!ταῖς ἡμέραιςForγὰρthere will beἔσταιgreatμεγάληdistressἀνάγκηuponἐπὶthe landτῆς γῆςandκαὶwrathὀργὴagainst thisτῷ τούτῳpeople.λαῷ
Andκαὶthey will fallπεσοῦνταιby the edgeστόματιof the swordμαχαίρηςandκαὶbe led captiveαἰχμαλωτισθήσονταιintoεἰςallπάνταthe nations,τὰ ἔθνηandκαὶJerusalemἸερουσαλὴμwill beἔσταιtrampledπατουμένηbyὑπὸnationsἐθνῶνuntilἄχρι οὗthe timesκαιροὶof the nationsἐθνῶνare fulfilled.πληρωθῶσιν
AndΚαὶthere will beἔσονταιsignsσημεῖαinἐνsunἡλίῳandκαὶmoonσελήνῃandκαὶstars,ἄστροιςandκαὶonἐπὶthe earthτῆς γῆςdistressσυνοχὴof nationsἐθνῶνinἐνperplexityἀπορίᾳat the roarἤχουςof the seaθαλάσσηςandκαὶthe surging waves,σάλου
peopleἀνθρώπωνfaintingἀποψυχόντωνfromἀπὸfearφόβουandκαὶexpectationπροσδοκίαςof the thingsτῶνcomingἐπερχομένωνon the inhabited world;τῇ οἰκουμένῃforγὰρthe powersαἱ δυνάμειςof the heavensτῶν οὐρανῶνwill be shaken.σαλευθήσονται
Andκαὶthenτότεthey will seeὄψονταιthe Sonτὸν υἱὸνof Manτοῦ ἀνθρώπουcomingἐρχόμενονinἐνa cloudνεφέλῃwithμετὰpowerδυνάμεωςandκαὶgreatπολλῆςglory.δόξης
Butδὲwhenἀρχομένωνthese thingsτούτωνbeginἀρχομένωνto happen,γίνεσθαιstand up straightἀνακύψατεandκαὶlift upἐπάρατεyourὑμῶνheads,τὰς κεφαλὰςbecauseδιότιyourὑμῶνredemptionἡ ἀπολύτρωσιςis drawing near.”ἐγγίζει
AndΚαὶhe toldεἶπενthemαὐτοῖςa parable:παραβολὴν“Look atἼδετεthe fig treeτὴν συκῆνandκαὶallπάνταthe trees.τὰ δένδρα
Whenὅτανtheyπροβάλωσινalreadyἤδηput out leaves,προβάλωσινseeing itβλέποντεςyou knowγινώσκετεforἀφ’yourselvesἑαυτῶνthatὅτιsummerτὸ θέροςisἐστίνalreadyἤδηnear.ἐγγὺς
Soοὕτωςyouὑμεῖςalso,καὶwhenὅτανyou seeἴδητεthese thingsταῦταhappening,γινόμεναknowγινώσκετεthatὅτιthe kingdomἡ βασιλείαof Godτοῦ θεοῦisἐστινnear.ἐγγύς
TrulyἀμὴνI tellλέγωyouὑμῖνthatὅτιthisαὕτηgenerationἡ γενεὰwill certainly notοὐ μὴpass awayπαρέλθῃuntilἕως ἂνall thingsπάνταtake place.γένηται
Heavenὁ οὐρανὸςandκαὶearthἡ γῆwill pass away,παρελεύσονταιbutδὲmyμουwordsοἱ λόγοιwill certainly notοὐ μὴpass away.παρελεύσονται
ButδὲwatchΠροσέχετεyourselves,ἑαυτοῖςlestμήποτεyourὑμῶνheartsαἱ καρδίαιbe weighed downβαρηθῶσινwithἐνcarousingκραιπάλῃandκαὶdrunkennessμέθῃandκαὶthe worriesμερίμναιςof life,βιωτικαῖςandκαὶthatἡ ἐκείνηdayἡμέραcomeἐπιστῇuponἐφ’youὑμᾶςsuddenlyαἰφνίδιος
likeὡςa trap;παγίςforγὰρit will come inἐπεισελεύσεταιonἐπὶallπάνταςthose whoτοὺςdwellκαθημένουςonἐπὶthe faceπρόσωπονof allπάσηςthe earth.τῆς γῆς
Butδὲstay awakeἀγρυπνεῖτεatἐνeveryπαντὶtime,καιρῷprayingδεόμενοιthatἵναyou may have strengthκατισχύσητεto escapeἐκφυγεῖνallπάνταthese thingsταῦταthatτὰare goingμέλλονταto happen,γίνεσθαιandκαὶto standσταθῆναιbeforeἔμπροσθενthe Sonτοῦ υἱοῦof Man.”τοῦ ἀνθρώπου
Nowδὲduring the daysτὰς ἡμέραςhe wasἮνteachingδιδάσκωνinἐνthe temple,τῷ ἱερῷbutδὲat nightτὰς νύκταςhe would go outἐξερχόμενοςand spend the nightηὐλίζετοonεἰςthe mountτὸ ὄροςcalledτὸ καλούμενονthe Mount of Olives.Ἐλαιῶν
Andκαὶallπᾶςthe peopleὁ λαὸςwould come early in the morningὤρθριζενtoπρὸςhimαὐτὸνinἐνthe templeτῷ ἱερῷto hearἀκούεινhim.αὐτοῦ
