And againוָאָשֻׁבI lifted upוָאֶשָּׂאmy eyesעֵינַיand saw,וָאֶרְאֶהand look,וְהִנֵּהfourאַרְבַּעchariotsמַרְכָּבוֹתcoming outיֹצְאוֹתfrom betweenמִבֵּיןthe twoשְׁנֵיmountains;הֶהָרִיםand the mountainsוְהֶהָרִיםwere mountainsהָרֵיof bronze.נְחֹשֶׁת
With the firstבַּ הָרִאשֹׁנָהchariot,מֶּרְכָּבָהredאֲדֻמִּיםhorses;סוּסִיםand with the secondוּבַ הַשֵּׁנִיתchariot,מֶּרְכָּבָהblackשְׁחֹרִיםhorses;סוּסִים
and with the thirdוּבַ הַשְּׁלִשִׁיתchariot,מֶּרְכָּבָהwhiteלְבָנִיםhorses;סוּסִיםand with the fourthוּבַ הָרְבִעִיתchariot,מֶּרְכָּבָהdappled,בְּרֻדִּיםstrongאֲמֻצִּיםhorses.סוּסִים
And I answeredוָאַעַןand saidוָאֹמַרtoאֶלthe angelהַמַּלְאָךְwho talkedהַדֹּבֵרwith me,בִּי“Whatמָהare these,אֵלֶּהmy lord?”אֲדֹנִי
And the angelוַ הַמַּלְאָךְansweredיַּעַןand saidוַיֹּאמֶרto me,אֵלָי“Theseאֵלֶּהare the fourאַרְבַּעwindsרֻחוֹתof the heavens,הַשָּׁמַיִםgoing outיוֹצְאוֹתfrom presenting themselvesמֵהִתְיַצֵּבbeforeעַלthe Lordאֲדוֹןof allכָּלthe earth.הָאָרֶץ
The one in whichאֲשֶׁר בָּהּare the blackהַשְּׁחֹרִיםhorses:הַסּוּסִיםthey are going outיֹצְאִיםtoאֶלthe landאֶרֶץof the north,צָפוֹןand the whiteוְהַלְּבָנִיםhave gone outיָצְאוּafterאֶל אַחֲרֵיthem,הֶםand the dappledוְהַבְּרֻדִּיםhave gone outיָצְאוּtoאֶלthe landאֶרֶץof the south.”הַתֵּימָן
And the strongוְהָאֲמֻצִּיםwent outיָצְאוּand soughtוַיְבַקְשׁוּto goלָלֶכֶתto go aboutלְהִתְהַלֵּךthrough the earth;בָּאָרֶץand he said,וַיֹּאמֶר“Go,לְכוּgo aboutהִתְהַלְּכוּthrough the earth.”בָאָרֶץAnd they went aboutוַתִּתְהַלַּכְנָהthrough the earth.בָּאָרֶץ
And he called outוַיַּזְעֵקto meאֹתִיand spokeוַיְדַבֵּרto me,אֵלַיsaying,לֵאמֹר“See,רְאֵהthose going outהַיּוֹצְאִיםtoאֶלthe landאֶרֶץof the northצָפוֹןhave set at restהֵנִיחוּmy spiritרוּחִיin the landבְּאֶרֶץof the north.”צָפוֹן
And the wordוַ דְבַרof YHWHיְהוָהcameיְהִיto me,אֵלַיsaying,לֵאמֹר
“Takeלָקוֹחַfromמֵאֵתthe exiles,הַגּוֹלָהfrom Heldai,מֵחֶלְדַּיand fromוּמֵאֵתTobiah,טוֹבִיָּהand fromוּמֵאֵתJedaiah;יְדַעְיָהand go,וּבָאתָyou yourself,אַתָּהon that same day,בַּיּוֹם הַהוּאand enterוּבָאתָthe houseבֵּיתof Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּהsonבֶןof Zephaniah,צְפַנְיָהwhereאֲשֶׁרthey have comeבָּאוּfrom Babylon.מִבָּבֶל
And takeוְלָקַחְתָּsilverכֶסֶףand gold,וְזָהָבand makeוְעָשִׂיתָcrowns,עֲטָרוֹתand set themוְשַׂמְתָּon the headבְּרֹאשׁof Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁעַsonבֶּןof Jehozadak,יְהוֹצָדָקthe highהַגָּדוֹלpriest.הַכֹּהֵן
And you shall sayוְאָמַרְתָּto him,אֵלָיוsaying,לֵאמֹר‘ThusכֹּהsaysאָמַרYHWHיְהוָהTsevaot,צְבָאוֹתsaying:לֵאמֹרLook,הִנֵּהa manאִישׁwhose nameשְׁמוֹis sprout;צֶמַחand from his placeוּמִתַּחְתָּיוhe will sprout,יִצְמָחand he will buildוּבָנָהthe templeהֵיכַלof YHWH.יְהוָהּ
And heוְהוּאwill buildיִבְנֶהthe templeהֵיכַלof YHWH,יְהוָהand heוְהוּאwill bearיִשָּׂאmajesty,הוֹדand will sitוְיָשַׁבand ruleוּמָשַׁלonעַלhis throne;כִּסְאוֹand he will beוְהָיָהa priestכֹהֵןonעַלhis throne,כִּסְאוֹand counselוַעֲצַתof peaceשָׁלוֹםwill beתִּהְיֶהbetweenבֵּיןthe two of them.’שְׁנֵיהֶם
And the crownsוְהָעֲטָרֹתwill beתִּהְיֶהfor Helemלְחֵלֶםand for Tobiahוּלְטוֹבִיָּהand for Jedaiahוְלִידַעְיָהand for Henוּלְחֵןsonבֶּןof Zephaniah,צְפַנְיָהas a memorialלְזִכָּרוֹןin the templeבְּהֵיכַלof YHWH.יְהוָה
And those who are far offוּרְחוֹקִיםwill comeיָבֹאוּand buildוּבָנוּin the templeבְּהֵיכַלof YHWH;יְהוָהand you will knowוִידַעְתֶּםthatכִּיYHWHיְהוָהTsevaotצְבָאוֹתhas sent meשְׁלָחַנִיto you;אֲלֵיכֶםand it will happen,וְהָיָהifאִםyou trulyשָׁמוֹעַlistenתִּשְׁמְעוּןto the voiceבְּקוֹלof YHWHיְהוָהyour Elohim.”אֱלֹהֵיכֶם
