YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

2 Chronicles 36:22-23
22In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, to fulfill the word of YHWH by the mouth of Jeremiah, YHWH stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, and he sent a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also in writing, saying, 23“Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: ‘All the kingdoms of the earth YHWH, the Elohim of the heavens, has given me, and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whoever among you is of all his people, may YHWH his Elohim be with him, and let him go up.’”
1And in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of YHWH from the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, YHWH stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, and he made a proclamation pass throughout all his kingdom, and also in writing, saying: 2“Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: ‘All the kingdoms of the earth YHWH, the Elohim of the heavens, has given to me, and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. 3Whoever among you is of all his people, may his Elohim be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of YHWH, the Elohim of Israel; he is the Elohim who is in Jerusalem.
