Andκαίa certainτιςmanἀνὴρwho wasὑπάρχωνlameχωλὸςfromἐκhisαὐτοῦmother’sμητρὸςwombκοιλίαςwas being carried,ἐβαστάζετοwhomὃνthey used to setἐτίθουνevery dayκαθ’ ἡμέρανatπρὸςthe gateτὴν θύρανof the templeτοῦ ἱεροῦcalledτὴν λεγομένηνBeautiful,Ὡραίανto askτοῦ αἰτεῖνalmsἐλεημοσύνηνfromπαρὰthose enteringτῶν εἰσπορευομένωνintoεἰςthe temple.τὸ ἱερόν
He,ὃςseeingἰδὼνPeterΠέτρονandκαὶJohnἸωάννηνaboutμέλλονταςto goεἰσιέναιintoεἰςthe temple,τὸ ἱερὸνwas askingἠρώταto receiveλαβεῖνalms.ἐλεημοσύνην
AndδὲPeter,Πέτροςlooking intentlyἀτενίσαςatεἰςhim,αὐτὸνwithσὺνJohn,τῷ Ἰωάννῃsaid,εἶπεν“LookΒλέψονatεἰςus.”ἡμᾶς
Andδὲheὁfixed his attentionἐπεῖχενon them,αὐτοῖςexpectingπροσδοκῶνto receiveλαβεῖνsomethingτιfromπαρ’them.αὐτῶν
ButδὲPeterΠέτροςsaid,εἶπεν“SilverἈργύριονandκαὶgoldχρυσίονI do notοὐχ μοιhave,ὑπάρχειbutδὲwhatὃI have,ἔχωthisτοῦτόI giveδίδωμιyou:σοιinἐνthe nameτῷ ὀνόματιof JesusἸησοῦthe MessiahΧριστοῦthe Nazarene,τοῦ Ναζωραίουwalk!”περιπάτει
Andκαὶtakingπιάσαςhimαὐτὸνby the rightτῆς δεξιᾶςhand,χειρὸςhe raisedἤγειρενhim up;αὐτόνandδὲimmediatelyπαραχρῆμαhisαὐτοῦfeetαἱ βάσειςandκαὶanklesτὰ σφυδράwere made strong,ἐστερεώθησαν
andκαὶleaping up,ἐξαλλόμενοςhe stoodἔστηandκαὶbegan to walk,περιεπάτειandκαὶhe wentεἰσῆλθενwithσὺνthemαὐτοῖςintoεἰςthe temple,τὸ ἱερὸνwalkingπεριπατῶνandκαὶleapingἁλλόμενοςandκαὶpraisingαἰνῶνGod.τὸν θεόν
Andκαὶallπᾶςthe peopleὁ λαὸςsawεἶδενhimαὐτὸνwalkingπεριπατοῦνταandκαὶpraisingαἰνοῦνταGod;τὸν θεόν
andδὲthey recognizedἐπεγίνωσκονhim,αὐτὸνthatὅτιheοὗτοςwasἦνthe one whoὁsatκαθήμενοςforπρὸςalmsτὴν ἐλεημοσύνηνatἐπὶthe Beautifulτῇ ὩραίᾳGateΠύλῃof the temple,τοῦ ἱεροῦandκαὶthey were filledἐπλήσθησανwith wonderθάμβουςandκαὶamazementἐκστάσεωςatἐπὶwhat had happenedτῷ συμβεβηκότιto him.αὐτῷ
Andδὲwhile heαὐτοῦwas holding on toΚρατοῦντοςPeterτὸν ΠέτρονandκαὶJohn,τὸν Ἰωάννηνallπᾶςthe peopleὁ λαὸςran togetherσυνέδραμενtoπρὸςthemαὐτοὺςinἐπὶthe porticoτῇ στοᾷcalledτῇ καλουμένῃSolomon’s,Σολομῶντοςutterly astonished.ἔκθαμβοι
Andδὲwhen Peterὁ Πέτροςsaw it,ἰδὼνhe respondedἀπεκρίνατοtoπρὸςthe people,τὸν λαόν“MenἌνδρεςof Israel,Ἰσραηλῖταιwhyτίare you amazedθαυμάζετεatἐπὶthis,τούτῳorἢwhyτίdo you stareἀτενίζετεat us,ἡμῖνas thoughὡςby our ownἰδίᾳpowerδυνάμειorἢgodlinessεὐσεβείᾳwe had madeπεποιηκόσινhimαὐτόνwalk?τοῦ περιπατεῖν

Butδὲyouὑμεῖςdeniedἠρνήσασθεthe Holyτὸν ἅγιονandκαὶRighteous One,δίκαιονandκαὶaskedᾐτήσασθεfor a manἄνδραwho was a murdererφονέαto be grantedχαρισθῆναιto you,ὑμῖν
andδὲyou killedἀπεκτείνατεthe Authorτὸν ἀρχηγὸνof life,τῆς ζωῆςwhomὃνGodὁ θεὸςraisedἤγειρενfromἐκthe dead,νεκρῶνof whichοὗweἡμεῖςareἐσμενwitnesses.μάρτυρές
Andκαὶbyἐπὶfaithτῇ πίστειin hisτοῦ αὐτοῦname,ὀνόματοςthis man,τοῦτονwhomὃνyou seeθεωρεῖτεandκαὶknow,οἴδατεhisαὐτοῦnameτὸ ὄνομαhas made strong;ἐστερέωσενandκαὶthe faithἡ πίστιςthat comesἡthroughδι’himαὐτοῦhas givenἔδωκενhimαὐτῷthisταύτηνcomplete healthτὴν ὁλοκληρίανin the presenceἀπέναντιof allπάντωνof you.ὑμῶν
AndΚαὶnow,νῦνbrothers,ἀδελφοίI knowοἶδαthatὅτιyou actedἐπράξατεinκατὰignorance,ἄγνοιανjust asὥσπερyourοἱ ὑμῶνrulersἄρχοντεςalso did.καὶ
ButδὲGodὁ θεὸςfulfilledἐπλήρωσενin this wayοὕτωςwhatἃhe announced beforehandπροκατήγγειλενbyδιὰthe mouthστόματοςof allπάντωνthe prophets,τῶν προφητῶνthat hisαὐτοῦMessiahτὸν χριστὸνwould suffer.παθεῖν
Soοὖνchange your mindsμετανοήσατεandκαὶturn back,ἐπιστρέψατεso thatπρὸς τὸyourὑμῶνsinsτὰς ἁμαρτίαςmay be wiped out,ἐξαλειφθῆναι
so thatὅπως ἂνtimesκαιροὶof refreshingἀναψύξεωςmay comeἔλθωσινfromἀπὸthe presenceπροσώπουof the Lord,τοῦ κυρίουandκαὶhe may sendἀποστείλῃthe Messiahτὸν χριστὸνappointedπροκεχειρισμένονfor you,ὑμῖνJesus,Ἰησοῦν
whomὃνheavenοὐρανὸνmustδεῖreceiveδέξασθαιuntilἄχριthe timesχρόνωνof the restorationἀποκαταστάσεωςof all things,πάντωνof whichὧνGodὁ θεὸςspokeἐλάλησενbyδιὰthe mouthστόματοςof hisτῶν αὐτοῦholyἁγίωνprophetsπροφητῶνfrom long ago.ἀπ’ αἰῶνος
MosesΜωϋσῆςsaid,εἶπεν‘The LordκύριοςGodὁ θεὸςwill raise upἀναστήσειfor youὑμῖνa prophetΠροφήτηνlikeὡςmeἐμέfromἐκamong yourτῶν ὑμῶνbrothers;ἀδελφῶνyou will listenἀκούσεσθεto himαὐτοῦinκατὰeverythingπάνταthatὅσα ἂνhe saysλαλήσῃtoπρὸςyou.ὑμᾶς
Andδὲit will be thatἔσταιeveryπᾶσαpersonψυχὴwhoἥτις ἂνdoes notμὴlistenἀκούσῃto thatτοῦ ἐκείνουprophetπροφήτουwill be utterly destroyedἐξολεθρευθήσεταιfromἐκamong the people.’τοῦ λαοῦ
Andδὲallπάντεςthe prophetsοἱ προφῆταιalso,καὶfromἀπὸSamuelΣαμουὴλandκαὶthoseτῶνafter him,καθεξῆςas many asὅσοιhave spoken,ἐλάλησανalsoκαὶannouncedκατήγγειλανtheseταύταςdays.τὰς ἡμέρας
Youὑμεῖςareἐστεthe sonsοἱ υἱοὶof the prophetsτῶν προφητῶνandκαὶof the covenantτῆς διαθήκηςthatἧςGodὁ θεὸςmadeδιέθετοwithπρὸςyourτοὺς ὑμῶνfathers,πατέραςsayingλέγωνtoπρὸςAbraham,Ἀβραάμ‘AndΚαὶinἐνyourσουoffspringτῷ σπέρματίallπᾶσαιthe familiesαἱ πατριαὶof the earthτῆς γῆςwill be blessed.’ἐνευλογηθήσονται
To youὑμῖνfirst,πρῶτονGod,ὁ θεὸςhaving raised upἀναστήσαςhisαὐτοῦservant,τὸν παῖδαsentἀπέστειλενhimαὐτὸνto blessεὐλογοῦνταyouὑμᾶςasἐν τῷeach of youἕκαστονturns awayἀποστρέφεινfromἀπὸyourτῶν ὑμῶνwicked deeds.”πονηριῶν
