In YHWHבַּיהוָהmy soulנַפְשִׁיwill boast;תִּתְהַלֵּלthe humbleעֲנָוִיםwill hearיִשְׁמְעוּand be glad.וְיִשְׂמָחוּ
MagnifyגַּדְּלוּYHWHלַיהוָהwith me,אִתִּיand let us exaltוּנְרוֹמְמָהhis nameשְׁמוֹtogether.יַחְדָּו
I soughtדָּרַשְׁתִּיYHWH,אֶת יְהוָהand he answered me,וְעָנָנִיand from allוּמִכָּלmy terrorsמְגוּרוֹתַיhe delivered me.הִצִּילָנִי
They lookedהִבִּיטוּto himאֵלָיוand were radiant,וְנָהָרוּand their facesוּפְנֵיהֶםwill notאַלbe abashed.יֶחְפָּרוּ
Thisזֶהafflicted oneעָנִיcalled,קָרָאand YHWHוַיהוָהheard,שָׁמֵעַand from allוּמִכָּלhis distressesצָרוֹתָיוhe saved him.הוֹשִׁיעוֹ
The angelמַלְאַךְof YHWHיְהוָהencampsחֹנֶהaroundסָבִיבthose who fear him,לִירֵאָיוand he delivers them.וַיְחַלְּצֵם
Tasteטַעֲמוּand seeוּרְאוּthatכִּיYHWHיְהוָהis good;טוֹבhappy isאַשְׁרֵיthe manהַגֶּבֶרwho takes refugeיֶחֱסֶהin him.בּוֹ
FearיְראוּYHWH,אֶת יְהוָהyou his holy ones,קְדֹשָׁיוforכִּיthere is noאֵיןlackמַחְסוֹרfor those who fear him.לִירֵאָיו
Young lionsכְּפִירִיםgrow poorרָשׁוּand go hungry,וְרָעֵבוּbut those who seekוְדֹרְשֵׁיYHWHיְהוָהwill notלֹאlackיַחְסְרוּanyכָלgood thing.טוֹב
Come,לְכוּchildren,בָנִיםlisten to me;שִׁמְעוּ לִיthe fearיִרְאַתof YHWHיְהוָהI will teach you.אֲלַמֶּדְכֶם
Whoמִיis the manהָאִישׁwho desiresהֶחָפֵץlife,חַיִּיםwho lovesאֹהֵבdaysיָמִיםto seeלִרְאוֹתgood?טוֹב
Guardנְצֹרyour tongueלְשׁוֹנְךָfrom evilמֵרָעand your lipsוּשְׂפָתֶיךָfrom speakingמִדַּבֵּרdeceit.מִרְמָה
Turn awayסוּרfrom evilמֵרָעand doוַעֲשֵׂהgood;טוֹבseekבַּקֵּשׁpeaceשָׁלוֹםand pursue it.וְרָדְפֵהוּ
The eyesעֵינֵיof YHWHיְהוָהare toward the righteous,אֶל צַדִּיקִיםand his earsוְאָזְנָיוtoward their cry for help.אֶל שַׁוְעָתָם
The faceפְּנֵיof YHWHיְהוָהis against those who doבְּעֹשֵׂיevil,רָעto cut offלְהַכְרִיתfrom the earthמֵאֶרֶץtheir remembrance.זִכְרָם
They cried out,צָעֲקוּand YHWHוַיהוָהheard,שָׁמֵעַand from allוּמִכָּלtheir distressesצָרוֹתָםhe delivered them.הִצִּילָם
Nearקָרוֹבis YHWHיְהוָהto the brokenלְנִשְׁבְּרֵיin heart,לֵבand the crushedוְאֶת דַּכְּאֵיin spiritרוּחַhe saves.יוֹשִׁיעַ
Manyרַבּוֹתare the evilsרָעוֹתof the righteous,צַדִּיקbut from all of themוּמִכֻּלָּםYHWHיְהוָהdelivers him.יַצִּילֶנּוּ
He keepsשֹׁמֵרallכָּלhis bones;עַצְמוֹתָיוnot oneאַחַת לֹאof themמֵהֵנָּהis broken.נִשְׁבָּרָה
Evilרָעָהwill bring death toתְּמוֹתֵתthe wicked,רָשָׁעand those who hateוְשֹׂנְאֵיthe righteousצַדִּיקwill be guilty.יֶאְשָׁמוּ
YHWHיְהוָהransomsפּוֹדֶהthe soulנֶפֶשׁof his servants,עֲבָדָיוand noneוְלֹאof allכָּלwho take refugeהַחֹסִיםin himבּוֹwill be guilty.יֶאְשְׁמוּ
