And Mosesוַ מֹשֶׁהwent upיַּעַלfrom the plainsמֵעַרְבֹתof MoabמוֹאָבtoאֶלMountהַרNebo,נְבוֹthe topרֹאשׁof Pisgah,הַפִּסְגָּהwhichאֲשֶׁרis oppositeעַל פְּנֵיJericho,יְרֵחוֹand YHWHוַ יְהוָהshowed himיַּרְאֵהוּallכָּלthe land:הָאָרֶץGileadהַגִּלְעָדas far asעַדDan,דָּן
and allוְ כָּלNaphtali,נַפְתָּלִיand the landוְ אֶרֶץof Ephraimאֶפְרַיִםand Manasseh,וּמְנַשֶּׁהand allוְ כָּלthe landאֶרֶץof Judahיְהוּדָהas far asעַדthe westernהָאַחֲרוֹןsea,הַיָּם
and the Negev,וְ הַנֶּגֶבand the plain,וְ הַכִּכָּרthe valleyבִּקְעַתof Jericho,יְרֵחוֹthe cityעִירof palm trees,הַתְּמָרִיםas far asעַדZoar.צֹעַר
And YHWHוַ יְהוָהsaidיֹּאמֶרto him,אֵלָיו“Thisזֹאתis the landהָאָרֶץthatאֲשֶׁרI sworeנִשְׁבַּעְתִּיto Abraham,לְאַבְרָהָםto Isaac,לְיִצְחָקand to Jacob,וּלְיַעֲקֹבsaying,לֵאמֹר‘To your offspringלְזַרְעֲךָI will give it.’אֶתְּנֶנָּהI have let you see itהֶרְאִיתִיךָwith your eyes,בְעֵינֶיךָbut thereוְשָׁמָּהyou shall notלֹאcross.”תַעֲבֹר
And Moses,וַ מֹשֶׁהthe servantעֶבֶדof YHWH,יְהוָהdiedיָּמָתthereשָׁםin the landבְּאֶרֶץof Moab,מוֹאָבaccording to the commandעַל פִּיof YHWH.יְהוָה
And he buriedוַיִּקְבֹּרhimאֹתוֹin the valleyבַגַּיְin the landבְּאֶרֶץof Moab,מוֹאָבoppositeמוּלBeth-peor;בֵּית פְּעוֹרand noוְלֹאmanאִישׁhas knownיָדַעhis burial placeקְבֻרָתוֹtoעַדthisהַזֶּהday.הַיּוֹם
And Mosesוּמֹשֶׁהwas a hundredבֶּן מֵאָהand twentyוְעֶשְׂרִיםyears oldשָׁנָהwhen he died;בְּמֹתוֹhis eyeעֵינוֹhad notלֹאgrown dim,כָהֲתָהand his vigorוְ לֵחֹהhad notלֹאfled.נָס
And the sonsוַ בְנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלweptיִּבְכּוּfor Mosesמֹשֶׁהin the plainsבְּעַרְבֹתof Moabמוֹאָבthirtyשְׁלֹשִׁיםdays;יוֹםand the daysוַ יְמֵיof weepingבְכִיin mourningאֵבֶלfor Mosesמֹשֶׁהwere completed.יִּתְּמוּ
And Joshuaוִיהוֹשֻׁעַsonבִּןof Nunנוּןwas fullמָלֵאof the spiritרוּחַof wisdom,חָכְמָהforכִּיMosesמֹשֶׁהhad laidסָמַךְhis handsיָדָיוon him;עָלָיוand the sonsוַ בְּנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלlistenedיִּשְׁמְעוּto himאֵלָיוand didוַיַּעֲשׂוּasכַּאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהhad commandedצִוָּהMoses.מֹשֶׁה
And there has notוְלֹאarisenקָםagainעוֹדa prophetנָבִיאin Israelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵלlike Moses,כְּמֹשֶׁהwhomאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהknewיְדָעוֹfaceפָּנִיםtoאֶלface,פָּנִים
for allלְכָלthe signsהָאֹתוֹתand the wondersוְהַמּוֹפְתִיםthatאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהsent himשְׁלָחוֹto doלַעֲשׂוֹתin the landבְּאֶרֶץof Egypt,מִצְרָיִםto Pharaohלְפַרְעֹהand to allוּלְכָלhis servantsעֲבָדָיוand to allוּלְכָלhis land,אַרְצוֹ
and for allוּלְכֹלthe strongהַחֲזָקָהhandהַיָּדand for allוּלְכֹלthe greatהַגָּדוֹלterrorהַמּוֹרָאthatאֲשֶׁרMosesמֹשֶׁהdidעָשָׂהin the sightלְעֵינֵיof allכָּלIsrael.יִשְׂרָאֵל
