And Mosesוַ מֹשֶׁהassembledיַּקְהֵלallאֶת כָּלthe communityעֲדַתof the sonsבְּנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלand saidוַיֹּאמֶרto them,אֲלֵהֶם“These areאֵלֶּהthe thingsהַדְּבָרִיםthatאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהhas commandedצִוָּהto do:לַעֲשֹׂת אֹתָם
Sixשֵׁשֶׁתdaysיָמִיםworkמְלָאכָהshall be done,תֵּעָשֶׂהbut on the seventh dayוּבַיּוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִיthere shall beיִהְיֶהfor youלָכֶםa holy day,קֹדֶשׁa Sabbathשַׁבַּתof solemn restשַׁבָּתוֹןto YHWH;לַיהוָהwhoeverכָּל הָdoesעֹשֶׂהworkמְלָאכָהon itבוֹshall be put to death.יוּמָת
You shall notלֹאkindleתְבַעֲרוּa fireאֵשׁin anyבְּכֹלof your dwellingsמֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶםon the Sabbathבְּ הַשַּׁבָּתday.”יוֹם
AndוַMosesמֹשֶׁהsaidיֹּאמֶרto allאֶל כָּלthe communityעֲדַתof the sonsבְּנֵיof Israel,יִשְׂרָאֵלsaying,לֵאמֹר“This isזֶהthe thingהַדָּבָרthatאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהhas commanded,צִוָּהsaying,לֵאמֹר
‘Takeקְחוּfrom among youמֵאִתְּכֶםa contributionתְּרוּמָהfor YHWH.לַיהוָהWhoeverכֹּלis generousנְדִיבof heart,לִבּוֹlet him bring it,יְבִיאֶהָthe contributionאֵת תְּרוּמַתof YHWH:יְהוָהgold,זָהָבand silver,וָכֶסֶףand bronze;וּנְחֹשֶׁת
and blue,וּתְכֵלֶתand purple,וְאַרְגָּמָןand scarlet,וְתוֹלַעַת שָׁנִיand fine linen,וְשֵׁשׁand goats’ hair;וְעִזִּים
and rams’וְ אֵילִםskinsעֹרֹתdyed red,מְאָדָּמִיםand fineוְ תְּחָשִׁיםskins,עֹרֹתand acaciaוַ שִׂטִּיםwood;עֲצֵי
and oilוְשֶׁמֶןfor the light,לַמָּאוֹרand spicesוּבְשָׂמִיםfor the anointingלְ הַמִּשְׁחָהoil,שֶׁמֶןand for the fragrantוְלִ הַסַּמִּיםincense;קְטֹרֶת
and onyxשֹׁהַםstones,וְאַבְנֵיand stonesוְאַבְנֵיfor setting,מִלֻּאִיםfor the ephodלָאֵפוֹדand for the breastpiece.וְלַחֹשֶׁן
And let allוְכָלthe wiseחֲכַםof heartלֵבamong youבָּכֶםcomeיָבֹאוּand makeוְיַעֲשׂוּallאֵת כָּלthatאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהhas commanded:צִוָּה
the dwelling,אֶת הַמִּשְׁכָּןits tentאֶת אָהֳלוֹand its covering,וְאֶת מִכְסֵהוּits claspsאֶת קְרָסָיוand its boards,וְאֶת קְרָשָׁיוits bars,אֶת בְּרִיחָוits pillarsאֶת עַמֻּדָיוand its bases;וְאֶת אֲדָנָיו
the arkאֶת הָאָרֹןand its poles,וְאֶת בַּדָּיוthe cover of expiation,אֶת הַכַּפֹּרֶתand the veilוְאֵת פָּרֹכֶתthat screens it;הַמָּסָךְ
the tableאֶת הַשֻּׁלְחָןand its polesוְאֶת בַּדָּיוand allוְאֶת כָּלits utensils,כֵּלָיוand the breadוְאֵת לֶחֶםof the presence;הַפָּנִים
and the lampstandוְאֶת מְנֹרַתfor the lightהַמָּאוֹרand its utensilsוְאֶת כֵּלֶיהָand its lamps,וְאֶת נֵרֹתֶיהָand the oilוְאֵת שֶׁמֶןfor the light;הַמָּאוֹר
and the altarוְאֶת מִזְבַּחof incenseהַקְּטֹרֶתand its poles,וְאֶת בַּדָּיוand the anointingהַמִּשְׁחָהoilוְאֵת שֶׁמֶןand the fragrantהַסַּמִּיםincense,וְאֵת קְטֹרֶתand the screenוְאֶת מָסַךְof the entranceהַפֶּתַחfor the entranceלְפֶתַחof the dwelling;הַמִּשְׁכָּן
the altarאֵת מִזְבַּחof burnt offeringהָעֹלָהand its gratingוְאֶת מִכְבַּרof bronzeהַנְּחֹשֶׁתthat belongsאֲשֶׁרto it,לוֹits polesאֶת בַּדָּיוand allוְאֶת כָּלits utensils,כֵּלָיוthe basinאֶת הַכִּיֹּרand its stand;וְאֶת כַּנּוֹ
the hangingsאֵת קַלְעֵיof the courtyard,הֶחָצֵרits pillarsאֶת עַמֻּדָיוand its bases,וְאֶת אֲדָנֶיהָand the screenוְאֵת מָסַךְof the gateשַׁעַרof the courtyard;הֶחָצֵר
the pegsאֶת יִתְדֹתof the dwellingהַמִּשְׁכָּןand the pegsוְאֶת יִתְדֹתof the courtyardהֶחָצֵרand their cords;וְאֶת מֵיתְרֵיהֶם
the wovenאֶת הַשְּׂרָדgarmentsבִּגְדֵיfor ministeringלְשָׁרֵתin the Holy Place,בַּקֹּדֶשׁthe holyהַקֹּדֶשׁgarmentsאֶת בִּגְדֵיfor Aaronלְאַהֲרֹןthe priest,הַכֹּהֵןand the garmentsוְאֶת בִּגְדֵיof his sonsבָנָיוto serve as priests.’”לְכַהֵן
And allוַ כָּלthe communityעֲדַתof the sonsבְּנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלwent outיֵּצְאוּfrom the presenceמִלִּפְנֵיof Moses.מֹשֶׁה
And they came,וַיָּבֹאוּeveryכָּלmanאִישׁwhoseאֲשֶׁרheartלִבּוֹstirredנְשָׂאhim,וֹand everyoneוְכֹלwhoseאֲשֶׁרspiritרוּחוֹmovedנָדְבָהhim,אֹתוֹand they broughtהֵבִיאוּthe contributionאֶת תְּרוּמַתof YHWHיְהוָהfor the workלִמְלֶאכֶתof the tentאֹהֶלof meeting,מוֹעֵדand for allוּלְכָלits service,עֲבֹדָתוֹand for the holyהַקֹּדֶשׁgarments.וּלְבִגְדֵי
And they came,וַיָּבֹאוּthe menהָאֲנָשִׁיםwithעַלthe women,הַנָּשִׁיםallכֹּלwho were generousנְדִיבof heart;לֵבthey broughtהֵבִיאוּbroochesחָחand earringsוָנֶזֶםand ringsוְטַבַּעַתand necklaces,וְכוּמָזall kinds ofכָּלarticlesכְּלִיof gold;זָהָבand everyוְכָלmanאִישׁwhoאֲשֶׁרwavedהֵנִיףa wave offeringתְּנוּפַתof goldזָהָבto YHWH.לַיהוָה
And everyוְכָלmanאִישׁwith whomאֲשֶׁר אִתּוֹwas foundנִמְצָאblue,תְּכֵלֶתand purple,וְאַרְגָּמָןand scarlet,וְתוֹלַעַת שָׁנִיand fine linen,וְשֵׁשׁand goats’ hair,וְעִזִּיםand rams’וְ אֵילִםskinsעֹרֹתdyed red,מְאָדָּמִיםand fineוְ תְּחָשִׁיםskins,עֹרֹתbrought them.הֵבִיאוּ
Everyoneכָּלwho set apartמֵרִיםa contributionתְּרוּמַתof silverכֶּסֶףand bronzeוּנְחֹשֶׁתbroughtהֵבִיאוּthe contributionאֵת תְּרוּמַתof YHWH;יְהוָהand everyoneוְכֹלwith whomאֲשֶׁר אִתּוֹwas foundנִמְצָאacaciaשִׁטִּיםwoodעֲצֵיfor anyלְכָלworkמְלֶאכֶתof the serviceהָעֲבֹדָהbrought it.הֵבִיאוּ
And everyוְכָלwomanאִשָּׁהwiseחַכְמַתof heartלֵבspunטָווּwith her hands,בְּיָדֶיהָand they broughtוַיָּבִיאוּwhat they had spun:מַטְוֶהthe blueאֶת הַתְּכֵלֶתand the purple,וְאֶת הָאַרְגָּמָןthe scarlet,אֶת תּוֹלַעַת הַשָּׁנִיand the fine linen.וְאֶת הַשֵּׁשׁ
And allוְכָלthe womenהַנָּשִׁיםwhoseאֲשֶׁרheartלִבָּןstirredנָשָׂאthemאֹתָנָהwith wisdomבְּחָכְמָהspunטָווּthe goats’ hair.אֶת הָעִזִּים
And the chiefsוְהַנְּשִׂאִםbroughtהֵבִיאוּthe onyxהַשֹּׁהַםstonesאֵת אַבְנֵיand the stonesוְאֵת אַבְנֵיfor setting,הַמִּלֻּאִיםfor the ephodלָאֵפוֹדand for the breastpiece,וְלַחֹשֶׁן
and the spiceוְאֶת הַבֹּשֶׂםand the oilוְאֶת הַשָּׁמֶןfor the light,לְמָאוֹרand for the anointingוּלְ הַמִּשְׁחָהoil,שֶׁמֶןand for the fragrantוְלִ הַסַּמִּיםincense.קְטֹרֶת
Everyכָּלmanאִישׁand womanוְאִשָּׁהwhoseאֲשֶׁרheartלִבָּםmovedנָדַבthemאֹתָםto bring somethingלְהָבִיאfor allלְכָלthe workהַמְּלָאכָהthatאֲשֶׁרYHWHיְהוָהhad commandedצִוָּהto be doneלַעֲשׂוֹתthrough Moses,בְּיַד מֹשֶׁהthe sonsבְנֵיof Israelיִשְׂרָאֵלbroughtהֵבִיאוּa freewill offeringנְדָבָהto YHWH.לַיהוָה
AndוַMosesמֹשֶׁהsaidיֹּאמֶרto the sonsאֶל בְּנֵיof Israel,יִשְׂרָאֵל“See,רְאוּYHWHיְהוָהhas calledקָרָאby nameבְּשֵׁםBezalelבְּצַלְאֵלsonבֶּןof Uri,אוּרִיsonבֶןof Hur,חוּרof the tribeלְמַטֵּהof Judah;יְהוּדָה
and he has filledוַיְמַלֵּאhimאֹתוֹwith the spiritרוּחַof Elohim,אֱלֹהִיםwith wisdom,בְּחָכְמָהwith understanding,בִּתְבוּנָהand with knowledge,וּבְדַעַתand with all kinds ofוּבְכָלwork,מְלָאכָה
and to deviseוְלַחְשֹׁבdesigns,מַחַשָׁבֹתto workלַעֲשֹׂתin gold,בַּזָּהָבand in silver,וּבַכֶּסֶףand in bronze,וּבַנְּחֹשֶׁת
and in cuttingוּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתstonesאֶבֶןfor setting,לְמַלֹּאתand in carvingוּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתwood,עֵץto workלַעֲשׂוֹתin everyבְּכָלworkמְלֶאכֶתof design.מַחֲשָׁבֶת
And the ability to teachוּלְהוֹרֹתhe has putנָתַןin his heart,בְּלִבּוֹboth himהוּאand Oholiabוְאָהֳלִיאָבsonבֶּןof Ahisamach,אֲחִיסָמָךְof the tribeלְמַטֵּהof Dan.דָן
He has filledמִלֵּאthemאֹתָםwith wisdomחָכְמַתof heartלֵבto doלַעֲשׂוֹתallכָּלthe workמְלֶאכֶתof the engraver,חָרָשׁand of the designer,וְחֹשֵׁבand of the embroidererוְרֹקֵםin blue,בַּתְּכֵלֶתand in purple,וּבָאַרְגָּמָןin scarlet,בְּתוֹלַעַת הַשָּׁנִיand in fine linen,וּבַשֵּׁשׁand of the weaver,וְאֹרֵגdoersעֹשֵׂיof everyכָּלworkמְלָאכָהand devisersוְחֹשְׁבֵיof designs.מַחֲשָׁבֹת
