AndκαὶI sawεἶδονthe holyτὴν ἁγίανcity,τὴν πόλινnewκαινὴνJerusalem,Ἰερουσαλὴμcoming downκαταβαίνουσανout ofἐκheavenτοῦ οὐρανοῦfromἀπὸGod,τοῦ θεοῦpreparedἡτοιμασμένηνlikeὡςa brideνύμφηνadornedκεκοσμημένηνfor herαὐτῆςhusband.τῷ ἀνδρὶ
AndκαὶI heardἤκουσαa loudμεγάληςvoiceφωνῆςfromἐκthe throneτοῦ θρόνουsaying,λεγούσης“Look,Ἰδοὺthe tentἡ σκηνὴof Godτοῦ θεοῦiswithμετὰhumanity,τῶν ἀνθρώπωνandκαὶhe will pitch his tentσκηνώσειwithμετ’them,αὐτῶνandκαὶtheyαὐτοὶwill beἔσονταιhisαὐτοῦpeoples,λαοὶandκαὶGodὁ θεὸςhimselfαὐτὸςwill beἔσταιwithμετ’them.αὐτῶν
Andκαὶhe will wipe awayἐξαλείψειeveryπᾶνtearδάκρυονfromἐκtheirαὐτῶνeyes,τῶν ὀφθαλμῶνandκαὶdeathὁ θάνατοςwill beἔσταιnoοὐκmore,ἔτιnorοὔτεgriefπένθοςnorοὔτεcryingκραυγὴnorοὔτεpainπόνοςwill there beοὐκ ἔσταιany longer;ἔτιforthe first thingsτὰ πρῶταhave passed away.”ἀπῆλθαν
AndΚαὶthe one who sitsὁ καθήμενοςonἐπὶthe throneτῷ θρόνῳsaid,εἶπεν“Look,ἸδοὺI am makingποιῶall thingsπάνταnew.”καινὰAndκαὶhe says,λέγει“Write,Γράψονbecauseὅτιtheseοὗτοιwordsοἱ λόγοιareεἰσινfaithfulπιστοὶandκαὶtrue.”ἀληθινοί
Andκαὶhe saidεἶπένto me,μοι“They are done!ΓέγονανI amἐγὼthe Alphaτὸ Ἄλφαandκαὶthe Omega,τὸ Ὦthe beginningἡ ἀρχὴandκαὶthe end.τὸ τέλοςTo the one who is thirstyτῷ διψῶντιIἐγὼwill giveδώσωfromἐκthe springτῆς πηγῆςof the waterτοῦ ὕδατοςof lifeτῆς ζωῆςfreely.δωρεάν
The one who conquersὁ νικῶνwill inheritκληρονομήσειthese things,ταῦταandκαὶI will beἔσομαιhisαὐτῷGod,θεὸςandκαὶheαὐτὸςwill beἔσταιmyμοιson.υἱός
Butδὲas for the cowardlyτοῖς δειλοῖςandκαὶunbelievingἀπίστοιςandκαὶdetestableἐβδελυγμένοιςandκαὶmurderersφονεῦσιandκαὶthe sexually immoralπόρνοιςandκαὶsorcerersφαρμάκοιςandκαὶidolatersεἰδωλολάτραιςandκαὶallπᾶσιliars,τοῖς ψευδέσινtheirαὐτῶνshareτὸ μέροςwill beinἐνthe lakeτῇ λίμνῃthat burnsτῇ καιομένῃwith fireπυρὶandκαὶsulfur,θείῳwhichὅisἐστινthe secondὁ δεύτεροςdeath.”ὁ θάνατος
AndΚαὶoneεἷςofἐκthe sevenτῶν ἑπτὰangelsἀγγέλωνwho hadτῶν ἐχόντωνthe sevenτὰς ἑπτὰbowlsφιάλαςfullτῶν γεμόντωνof the sevenτῶν ἑπτὰlastτῶν ἐσχάτωνplaguesπληγῶνcameἦλθενandκαὶspokeἐλάλησενwithμετ’me,ἐμοῦsaying,λέγων“Come,ΔεῦροI will showδείξωyouσοιthe bride,τὴν νύμφηνthe wifeτὴν γυναῖκαof the Lamb.”τοῦ ἀρνίου
Andκαὶhe carried me awayἀπήνεγκέν μεinἐνthe Spiritπνεύματιtoἐπὶa greatμέγαandκαὶhighὑψηλόνmountain,ὄροςandκαὶshowedἔδειξένmeμοιthe holyτὴν ἁγίανcity,τὴν πόλινJerusalem,Ἰερουσαλὴμcoming downκαταβαίνουσανout ofἐκheavenτοῦ οὐρανοῦfromἀπὸGod,τοῦ θεοῦ
havingἔχουσανthe gloryτὴν δόξανof God.τοῦ θεοῦItsαὐτῆςradianceὁ φωστὴρwaslikeὅμοιοςa most preciousτιμιωτάτῳstone,λίθῳlikeὡςa jasperἰάσπιδιstone,λίθῳclear as crystal.κρυσταλλίζοντι
It hadἔχουσαa greatμέγαandκαὶhighὑψηλόνwall,τεῖχοςwithἔχουσαtwelveδώδεκαgates,πυλῶναςandκαὶatἐπὶthe gatesτοῖς πυλῶσινtwelveδώδεκαangels,ἀγγέλουςandκαὶnamesὀνόματαinscribed,ἐπιγεγραμμέναwhichἅareἐστινthe namesof the twelveτῶν δώδεκαtribesφυλῶνof the sonsυἱῶνof Israel.Ἰσραήλ
Onἀπὸthe eastἀνατολῆςthreeτρεῖςgates,πυλῶνεςandκαὶonἀπὸthe northβορρᾶthreeτρεῖςgates,πυλῶνεςandκαὶonἀπὸthe southνότουthreeτρεῖςgates,πυλῶνεςandκαὶonἀπὸthe westδυσμῶνthreeτρεῖςgates.πυλῶνες
Andκαὶthe wallτὸ τεῖχοςof the cityτῆς πόλεωςhadἔχωνtwelveδώδεκαfoundations,θεμελίουςandκαὶonἐπ’themαὐτῶνtwelveδώδεκαnamesὀνόματαof the twelveτῶν δώδεκαapostlesἀποστόλωνof the Lamb.τοῦ ἀρνίου
AndΚαὶthe one who was speakingὁ λαλῶνwithμετ’meἐμοῦhadεἶχενa measuringμέτρονreedκάλαμονof goldχρυσοῦνtoἵναmeasureμετρήσῃthe cityτὴν πόλινandκαὶitsαὐτῆςgatesτοὺς πυλῶναςandκαὶitsαὐτῆςwall.τὸ τεῖχος
Andκαὶthe cityἡ πόλιςliesκεῖταιfoursquare,τετράγωνοςandκαὶitsαὐτῆςlengthτὸ μῆκοςisas great asὅσονitsτὸwidth.πλάτοςAndκαὶhe measuredἐμέτρησενthe cityτὴν πόλινwith the reed:τῷ καλάμῳtwelveδώδεκαthousandχιλιάδωνstadia;ἐπὶ σταδίουςitsαὐτῆςlengthτὸ μῆκοςandκαὶwidthτὸ πλάτοςandκαὶheightτὸ ὕψοςareἐστίνequal.ἴσα
Andκαὶhe measuredἐμέτρησενitsαὐτῆςwall,τὸ τεῖχοςa hundredἑκατὸνfortyτεσσεράκονταfourτεσσάρωνcubits,πηχῶνby humanἀνθρώπουmeasure,μέτρονwhichὅisἐστινalsoan angel’s.ἀγγέλου
Andκαὶthe materialἡ ἐνδώμησιςof itsαὐτῆςwallτοῦ τείχουςwasjasper,ἴασπιςandκαὶthe cityἡ πόλιςwaspureκαθαρὸνgold,χρυσίονlikeὅμοιονclearκαθαρῷglass.ὑάλῳ
The foundationsοἱ θεμέλιοιof the wallτοῦ τείχουςof the cityτῆς πόλεωςwereadornedκεκοσμημένοιwith every kind ofπαντὶpreciousτιμίῳstone.λίθῳThe firstὁ πρῶτοςfoundationὁ θεμέλιοςwasjasper,ἴασπιςthe secondὁ δεύτεροςsapphire,σάπφιροςthe thirdὁ τρίτοςchalcedony,χαλκηδώνthe fourthὁ τέταρτοςemerald,σμάραγδος
the fifthὁ πέμπτοςsardonyx,σαρδόνυξthe sixthὁ ἕκτοςcarnelian,σάρδιονthe seventhὁ ἕβδομοςchrysolite,χρυσόλιθοςthe eighthὁ ὄγδοοςberyl,βήρυλλοςthe ninthὁ ἔνατοςtopaz,τοπάζιονthe tenthὁ δέκατοςchrysoprase,χρυσόπρασοςthe eleventhὁ ἑνδέκατοςjacinth,ὑάκινθοςthe twelfthὁ δωδέκατοςamethyst.ἀμέθυστος
Andκαὶthe twelveοἱ δώδεκαgatesπυλῶνεςweretwelveδώδεκαpearls;μαργαρῖταιeachἀνὰ εἷς ἕκαστοςof the gatesτῶν πυλώνωνwasἦνmadefromἐξa singleἑνὸςpearl.μαργαρίτουAndκαὶthe streetἡ πλατεῖαof the cityτῆς πόλεωςwaspureκαθαρὸνgold,χρυσίονlikeὡςtransparentδιαυγήςglass.ὕαλος
AndΚαὶI did notοὐκseeεἶδονa sanctuaryναὸνinἐνit,αὐτῇforγὰρitsαὐτῆςsanctuaryναὸςisἐστινthe Lordὁ κύριοςGodὁ θεόςthe Almightyὁ παντοκράτωρandκαὶthe Lamb.τὸ ἀρνίον
Andκαὶthe cityἡ πόλιςhasἔχειnoοὐneedχρείανof the sunτοῦ ἡλίουorοὐδὲof the moonτῆς σελήνηςtoἵναshineφαίνωσινon it,αὐτῇforγὰρthe gloryἡ δόξαof Godτοῦ θεοῦhas illuminatedἐφώτισενit,αὐτήνandκαὶitsαὐτῆςlampὁ λύχνοςisthe Lamb.τὸ ἀρνίον
Andκαὶthe nationsτὰ ἔθνηwill walkπεριπατήσουσινbyδιὰitsαὐτῆςlight,τοῦ φωτὸςandκαὶthe kingsοἱ βασιλεῖςof the earthτῆς γῆςbringφέρουσινtheirαὐτῶνgloryτὴν δόξανintoεἰςit.αὐτήν
Andκαὶitsαὐτῆςgatesοἱ πυλῶνεςwill neverοὐ μὴbe shutκλεισθῶσινby day,ἡμέραςforγὰρnightνὺξwill notοὐκbeἔσταιthere.ἐκεῖ
Andκαὶthey will bringοἴσουσινthe gloryτὴν δόξανandκαὶthe honorτὴν τιμὴνof the nationsτῶν ἐθνῶνintoεἰςit.αὐτήν
Andκαὶnothingπᾶνuncleanκοινὸνwill everοὐ μὴenterεἰσέλθῃintoεἰςit,αὐτὴνnorκαὶanyone who practicesποιῶνabominationβδέλυγμαandκαὶfalsehood,ψεῦδοςbut onlyεἰ μὴthose who are writtenοἱ γεγραμμένοιinἐνthe bookτῷ βιβλίῳof lifeτῆς ζωῆςof the Lamb.τοῦ ἀρνίου
