ForὅτιI testifyμαρτυρῶthataccording to their abilityκατὰ δύναμινandκαὶbeyondπαρὰtheir ability,δύναμινof their own accord,αὐθαίρετοι
withμετὰmuchπολλῆςurgingπαρακλήσεωςthey beggedδεόμενοιusἡμῶνfor the favorτὴν χάρινandκαὶthe sharingτὴν κοινωνίανin the serviceτῆς διακονίαςforτῆς εἰςthe saints,τοὺς ἁγίους
andκαὶnotοὐasκαθὼςwe had hoped,ἠλπίσαμενbutἀλλ’they gaveἔδωκανthemselvesἑαυτοὺςfirstπρῶτονto the Lordτῷ κυρίῳandκαὶto usἡμῖνbyδιὰthe willθελήματοςof God,θεοῦ

Soδὲnowνυνὶalsoκαὶfinishἐπιτελέσατεdoing it,τὸ ποιῆσαιso thatὅπωςjust asκαθάπερthere wasthe eagernessἡ προθυμίαto want it,τοῦ θέλεινsoοὕτωςalsoκαὶthere may bethe completing of itτὸ ἐπιτελέσαιout ofἐκwhat you have.τοῦ ἔχειν
Forγὰρifεἰthe eagernessἡ προθυμίαis present,πρόκειταιit isacceptableεὐπρόσδεκτοςaccording to whatκαθὸone may have,ἐὰν ἔχῃnotοὐaccording to whatκαθὸone does notοὐκhave.ἔχει
Forγὰρthis isnotοὐso thatἵναthere may bereliefἄνεσιςfor othersἄλλοιςandafflictionθλῖψιςfor you,ὑμῖνbutἀλλ’out ofἐξequality:ἰσότητος

taking careστελλόμενοιaboutthis,τοῦτοthatμήno oneτιςshould blameμωμήσηταιusἡμᾶςinἐνthisταύτῃgenerous giftτῇ ἁδρότητιthatτῇis being administeredδιακονουμένῃbyὑφ’us;ἡμῶν
forγὰρwe take thought forπρονοοῦμενwhat is honorableκαλὰnotοὐonlyμόνονbeforeἐνώπιονthe Lordκυρίουbutἀλλὰalsoκαὶbeforeἐνώπιονpeople.ἀνθρώπων
Andδὲwe are sending withσυνεπέμψαμενthemαὐτοῖςour brother,τὸν ἀδελφὸν ἡμῶνwhomὃνwe have oftenπολλάκιςtestedἐδοκιμάσαμενinἐνmany thingsπολλοῖςand foundto be earnest,σπουδαῖον ὄνταbutδὲnowνυνὶmuchπολὺmore earnestσπουδαιότερονbecause of his greatπολλῇconfidenceπεποιθήσειinτῇ εἰςyou.ὑμᾶς
Whetherεἴτεit isaboutὑπὲρTitus,Τίτουhe ismyἐμὸςpartnerκοινωνὸςandκαὶco-workerσυνεργόςforεἰςyou;ὑμᾶςorεἴτεour brothers,ἀδελφοὶ ἡμῶνthey areenvoysἀπόστολοιof the assemblies,ἐκκλησιῶνthe gloryδόξαof the Messiah.Χριστοῦ
