But let the righteousוְצַדִּיקִיםbe glad,יִשְׂמְחוּlet them exultיַעַלְצוּbeforeלִפְנֵיElohim,אֱלֹהִיםand let them rejoiceוְיָשִׂישׂוּwith gladness.בְשִׂמְחָה
Singשִׁירוּto Elohim,לֵאלֹהִיםsing psalmsזַמְּרוּto his name;שְׁמוֹlevel the wayסֹלּוּfor him who ridesלָרֹכֵבthrough the steppes;בָּעֲרָבוֹתYah isבְּיָהּhis name,שְׁמוֹand leap for joyוְעִלְזוּbefore him.לְפָנָיו
Fatherאֲבִיof orphansיְתוֹמִיםand judgeוְדַיַּןof widowsאַלְמָנוֹתis Elohimאֱלֹהִיםin his holyקָדְשׁdwelling.בִּמְעוֹן וֹ
Elohimאֱלֹהִיםmakesמוֹשִׁיבthe solitaryיְחִידִיםdwellמוֹשִׁיבin a home;בַּיְתָהhe brings outמוֹצִיאprisonersאֲסִירִיםinto prosperity;בַּכּוֹשָׁרוֹתbutאַךְthe rebelliousסוֹרֲרִיםdwellשָׁכְנוּin a parched land.צְחִיחָה

A generousנְדָבוֹתrainגֶּשֶׁםyou poured out,תָּנִיףElohim;אֱלֹהִיםyour inheritance,נַחֲלָתְךָwhen it was weary,וְנִלְאָהyouאַתָּהmade it firm.כוֹנַנְתָּהּ
Your flockחַיָּתְךָsettledיָשְׁבוּin it;בָהּyou prepared,תָּכִיןin your goodness,בְּטוֹבָתְךָfor the afflicted,לֶעָנִיElohim.אֱלֹהִים
Adonaiאֲדֹנָיgivesיִתֶּןthe saying;אֹמֶרthe women who bring the good newsהַמְבַשְּׂרוֹתare a greatרָבarmy:צָבָא
“Kingsמַלְכֵיof armiesצְבָאוֹתflee,יִדֹּדוּןthey flee,יִדֹּדוּןand she who staysוּנְוַתat homeבַּיִתdividesתְּחַלֵּקthe spoil.שָׁלָל

Whyלָמָּהdo you look with hostility,תְּרַצְּדוּןmountainsהָרִיםof peaks,גַּבְנֻנִּיםat the mountainהָהָרElohimאֱלֹהִיםdesiredחָמַדto dwell in?לְשִׁבְתּוֹYes,אַףYHWHיְהוָהwill dwell thereיִשְׁכֹּןforever.לָנֶצַח
The chariotsרֶכֶבof Elohim areאֱלֹהִיםtwo myriads,רִבֹּתַיִםthousandsאַלְפֵיand more thousands;שִׁנְאָןAdonai isאֲדֹנָיamong them,בָםSinaiסִינַיin the holy place.בַּקֹּדֶשׁ
You went upעָלִיתָon high;לַמָּרוֹםyou took captives;שָׁבִיתָ שֶּׁבִיyou tookלָקַחְתָּgiftsמַתָּנוֹתamong human beings,בָּאָדָםand evenוְאַףthe rebellious,סוֹרְרִיםforלִYahיָהּElohimאֱלֹהִיםto dwell there.שְׁכֹּן
Blessed beבָּרוּךְAdonai;אֲדֹנָיday after dayיוֹם יוֹםhe bears our burden,יַעֲמָס לָנוּthe Elהָאֵלof our salvation.יְשׁוּעָתֵנוּSelah.סֶלָה

SurelyאַךְElohimאֱלֹהִיםwill crushיִמְחַץthe headרֹאשׁof his enemies,אֹיְבָיוthe hairyשֵׂעָרcrownקָדְקֹדof the one who walksמִתְהַלֵּךְin his guilt.בַּאֲשָׁמָיו
