YHWH
The personal name of the God of Israel, written in Hebrew with four letters, Y-H-W-H, without vowels. Out of reverence Jews stopped pronouncing it and read "Adonai" (Lord), so many Bibles put "the LORD" or "Jehovah". This translation keeps the four letters. The name is related to the verb "to be" (Exodus 3:14-15). He is not a god other than Elohim: "YHWH Elohim" is the same Creator God, called by his name.

1Samaria
Today: northern West Bank (Sebastia, Samaria hills)
A city and region in central Israel, between Judea and Galilee.
Omri founded the city as capital of the northern kingdom (1 Kgs 16:24); the Assyrians conquered it (2 Kgs 17:6). Jesus passed through the region, and Philip preached there (John 4:4; Acts 8:5).
2Ekron
Today: Tel Miqne (Ekron) ruins, Israel
A Philistine city on the plain, about 22 miles (35 km) west of Jerusalem.

The context
2Ahaziah fell through the lattice of his upper room that was in Samaria and became sick. He sent messengers and said to them, “Go, consult Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron, whether I will live through this sickness.”
